It started raining before I could get outside again. A shame since there is basically no wind on days like this.

Tried CP Domes in the Air Arms and was surprised. I know JSB/A.A. pellets are basically hole in hole from 20 to 50 yards, but wanted to see how other pellets did. Dialed back the adjuster to 1/2 and was spot on at 30 yards...

Aimed at a 3/4" dot @ 50 Yards with a ~5mph breeze from the left. 10 Crosman Domes, 14.3gr (guessing group dropped lower as the barrel leaded in?)

The weather was nice so I tried to get as much trigger time in as possible. After the pcp's were down on air, I went to a break barrel and realised how spoiling the pcp's are. I don't want to loose what springer proficiency I have by spending too much time with pcp's...

Put seven pellets thru this Monday when I got it, dropped the SWFA scope on last night and shot these today....Five shots in each group.  I've never done three one-holers in a day, let alone consecutively.

I may keep this HW50S.

That's some great shooting! I'd say that HW50 is definitely a keeper 

I recently got my hands on a SWFA 10X and really like that optic a lot. Absolutely great optics, regardless of price (but a great price too). Kicking myself for not getting a few more (maybe a 12X & 16X) while they were on sale (~$200...)

Zack, I was gobsmacked.  The target in the middle  was scary...the first four went in the top hole and left no detectable change in the hole.  Naturally I choked on the fifth LOL.

The SWFA on this is a 16X and I have a 10X on my R9, which was my best shooter of the five HWs I have.  The 10X has focus on the left target knob, like that!  I wish they made a 6-7X for hunting.

I had to change the scope on my TC .223 Contender so I went to the range.
Shot a half a brick with the Ruger MKIII,
Then zeroed the .223.
2 at 25 yards.
3 at 50,
Then these three at 100.
Good enough..

I'm typically not a good pistol shooter and I find it more enjoyable than rifles.  Ever since I put a reflex sight on my P1 I can shoot it soo much better.

I've been testing various pellets in my .22 Avenger at 100 yards.  These AA Diabolo Field Heavy 18 grainers seem to be pretty consistent performers.  10 shot group ES 2.93" and SD 0.77".   Still learning the trigger, may rework it, still room for improvement but today, I'm a happy camper.

Not bad and all..  it will improve just got to use the 3 P"s

Hatsan 95 , .22 cphp, open sight , 100 yards

Looks like a slight poi shift overnight from hot late afternoon to cool earlt this morning., but pretty good for a sub 200$ springer  for first 10 of the dat shots ( 9 really i still cant count to 10 it seems)

Gave it a click left and made it a bit high , this target was harder to see as well .

The bulls are 2-1/2"  fyi.
