Your thoughts on this cheap regulator?

Was entertaining the idea of purchasing a ninja flex adjustable regulator and I came across this device.
Seems too cheaply priced to be true.
I'm looking to use a 4500 psi tank and regulate to 2800-2900 psi.

Last year when up at JSAR was speaking with Travis about these being he had a few laying around they had played with.
IIRC the safety margins of material thickness and threads used scared the h e l l out of them deeming them unsafe.
FYI ...

When dealing with the pressures that we are playing with, you might want to get a known good quality product. This wouldn't be the item you would want to ever fail on you.
Spend a little extra and get a good quality item, and have some piece of mind when you are using it.

Agreed on safety.
Never seen these before thought I'd see what you guys know about them.
They look sketchy to me.
