 Today in the shower I noticed all the scares and started reminiscing how I got them.

That is so true. In my case, the scars show I've been a "guest" in a trauma center due to massive trauma and spent a "pleasant " month in intensive care. I don't really remember most of it, they were giving me fentanyl IV and oxycodon chasers.
