I once wrote my process for writing for a collage class. It went something like this.

Stare at the computer screen.
Watch a few YT videoes.
Get a beer.
Start to write get bord and get another beer.
Watch more YT.
Drink a few more beers.
Slam forehead on the keyboard and drag it back and forth a few times.
Drink a few more beers.
Delete all the nonsense then write some BS after I get hammered.
Receive an A on paper.

Don't laugh. When I was living in Okinawa, there was a big ole spider on the floor of the babies room. I, thinking no problem, I'll just drop my shoe on it and that will be that. NOPE! That sucker crawled out from under it with the shoe rocking back and forth and came at me. 😳 I can't remember what it took to kill it as that was 46 years ago and the only way I know that is my oldest daughter is 46 lol. Oki had so many ways to kill someone between the land and the Sea it's not funny.
