Very neat! I've experimented with slugs and expansion for decades, and those are some of the best results that I've seen. They are obviously pre-slit or stressed. Are you doing it with some kind of blade arrangement before you do the sizing?

Tom, it is a clone of the 420 that is delivered in .223-.224. I size down to .2184 for the FX barrel and .2227 for the Brownell's liner. Mold is by Arsenal, as NOE is not stocking .22 slugs, or anything I need. GRRRRRR!!!Mike
