Help Identifying a Gun From Memory

Hi guys, I need to scrape some brains here. Once upon a time, I had an air pistol. I didn't have it for very long, and I cant remember exactly what it was. All I can remember is it was a .177, break barrel air pistol. It was all chrome with black grips, kind of looked like a Ruger MkI, and it was wicked accurate. I can't remember the brand, but I do remember it was Italian... BTW, this was 50 years ago. Wonder if anyone might even have an idea what it was?

They might sound like a lot of work till you realize you only need 3-4 pumps for plinking.

Thanks guys, I believe it may have been the Oklahoma pistol, though surely I would have remembered that rather than "it was Italian", though I bought it used, from pawn shop, so all I had to go on what what was actually marked on the pistol. Yes, I do recall the toggle to unlock the barrel for cocking, so that is probably it. Thanks bunches, guys! Now, if only I could FIND one.
