in the pic it looks to be medium dove tail rings they used to fit the mag .... it is pretty close , and not cheap like the 10 buck stock mags ...I wonder if they ..ever got the hammer spring adjuster operating correctly on the avenger ? ....

Yeah Dan I guess the ring height would be trial and error but it looks close enough like you said.

I dunno about the hammer spring problem, at least not on mine as it works real good ever since I turned it past that "rough patch" a few times, so for me just a couple more back and forth adjustments seemed to polish it out, turns smooth now. Guess I got a good one, wouldn't get rid of it (unless something goes kaput!).

Looks like the also offer a 17 shot in 22.  They have just a round hole, instead of the "lima bean".  ie they may work in a SAM.

I have two of these mags. They are great, much smoother than the oe ones. I use FX no limit rings to clear.
My 1st run avenger is still running strong, no issues with HS.

The manufacturer also makes standard sized magazines that hold 11 shots.  Apparently it was a custom order, but he says he will produce more if the demand is there.

Just ordered the 17-shot for my .22 Avenger. And will consider the 17-shot for the Marauder if it works in my SAMrod...
