Good morning, finish beating back the jungle, pick up a new lawn toy, clean out and reset traps, clean out the coop and the scramble egg mess the broody hens have made this week. I can have million nest boxes in there and they still pile up in one nest box to steal each others eggs to sit on. The joys of having chickens.

Good Morning! I slept in until 7:00 this morning. 

  I was in bed for 7 hours, that is a great night for me! I feel pretty well this morning.

  I need to take care of some DMV registrations today and my wife has just decided she wants the wooden four drawer file cabinet from our house in town to organize her patterns in, I will get that and bring it home. I still need to haul the electronic recycle to a recycle facility too. The guy that was supposed to get the two Organs yesterday flaked out. He came to the house alone, looked at them and said he would only take the bigger one that has the big speaker with it. Then said he couldn't get it next Wednesday. I am going to look for an alternate way to get rid of them since he has shown his word isn't worth squat and both Organs have to be out so the flooring can get finished.

 I am thinking the only option I might have left is to demolish and recycle the guts since time has run out now.

Hoosier Momma (the gimp) had an annual "girl's night" at a friend's house she wouldn't miss.
I took a 3 hour nap in order to pick her up at mid-night.

It is now 00:30 and we are home and I am wide awake... So that is officially today... Right?

Heck I’m still up and dang if it ain’t today already!  Mornin y’all.  It’s the last day of the really big vacation.  I gotta go back to work tomorrow.  I did pretty good.  Strung it out for two months.  Hardly made a dent in my sick leave.

My plans are to take it easy.  I might make suggestive remarks to my wife.  I might get creative cooking.  I may just lay around the shanty all day.

Yep, it is Saturday and I'm up at 4am.   Well let me think, hmm?  I have plans to eliminate the squirrel problem around my patio. 

The little buggers, I've nicknamed the Dirty Dozen, decided to eat ALL the seeds in ALL five of my bird-feeders every day. It started with just two in early spring and it seems like they've grown their raiding party to close to a dozen.  I've dispatched four already but they now realize my intent and are becoming more and more difficult to sneak up on.

Today, hopefully,  I'll get to do a little more target practice with my R7 using the bucket and sticks method.

Finished the work week 2300 last night.  Up with some coffee this AM and going to have some prayer time then off to church services.  It’s looking to be a decent day outside weather wise so I may continue with more exterior house cleanup and then maybe sit for a bit and enjoy it.  I hope to shoot some AGs too.  I’m feeling that it’s a day for spring guns.

Rest and more rest today. Been relaxing in the recliner with the local cat in my lap a couple hours now watching tv while she dreams of killing criters kicking her back legs shredding them to death. Love off days when I get to recuperate.

Probably not much. Suppose to rain today, tomorrow, the next, and the next. If we get what is predicted it'll be over an inch. I know that's nothing compared to others on here but we'll take everything we can get.

Hit the ground running early this morning. Delivered some hot pepper plants and a fig tree to a friend passing through. Had 2" of rain last night so no watering today. Emptied out the potato pots not much with the fancy potatoes, it's back to the new potatoes for sure. Get the chipper/shredder running and fill up garden pots with the chip so I don't have to use so much dirt to fill them. Get the van jacked up so I can pull the radiator frame back into place and get this car put back together. And anything else I can shove in today to get done.

Good morning! I got up at 3:30 this morning. Our morning church service is over. I need to go meet with my niece and her husband and help load up the old vanity at our house in town. That is the last of the furniture I need to clear out.

 Then we have our afternoon service at 5:00 PM.  NO other plans today.

Woke-up this morning at my internal alarm at 05:30 as usual.. thought it was Monday... and got ready for work... then checked the calendar for today's schedule

Good Morning!      I got up at 6:30 this morning. I am feeling pretty well this morning for some reason.

 We got 1/4" of rain last night as measured in my backyard.

 No plans for the day yet.

  I weighed in at 196 lbs. this morning.

Suppose to get 1/3 of an inch of rain today??? We'll see if we get anything 😡. Might grab the chainsaw and cut some dead trees down in the fenced part of the property.
