Good Morning I have to go work on clearing out our place in town. We have to get it emptied out fast as we can now let the dump runs commence.

Today is prep day for the Easter dinner. I'll be doing a lot of sampling also. Quality control is important too.

Mornin y’all! It’s Easter! A holiday that park rangers hate (actually we hate ALL holidays). But I’m on sick leave! This is probably the first time in ten years that I have NOT worked on Easter.

The Church decided to cancel our evening service today. I'd rather not work on it today but I am going to go work on clearing our house in town some more, since there is a deadline for my brothers sake!

My wife and I used to work pretty much every holiday so that our coworkers with young children could be with their family. The occasional exception was thanksgiving.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a good Easter Sunday. We had a great time skating on Saturday, even the grandsons showed up. And I felt great, yesterday too. Today, it’s back to the grind. But, not sure what’s on my board. I’ll get ready for work and get Ayrabella off to school. I’ll have to call the office to see what kind of work I’ve got.

Mornin y’all.. Happy Monday! I’m sitting on my veranda contemplating the day’s potential. Today I intend to chronograph the recently reassembled Crosman 2200. If I see an improvement to its velocity I will move on to resealing the Crosman 760. If there’s no improvement I’ll have to tear the 2200 apart again. I have a stack of air gun projects to work on. Now that I’m getting some use out of my right arm again I’m able to move forward on some of these projects.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! I got up at 0530. Yesterday was a good 10 hour day at work, I’m getting back into the groove. I have parts for a job and I have a new dispatcher and service manager. After I get Ayrabella off to school I’ll have to called the office to get rolling to work. I have a produce cooler that needs new evaporator covers that I got.

Today, will be filled with more work on the place in town. We accomplished a lot so far, including most of the books have been boxed up.

I've got to load up the truck for the dump run tomorrow. I've got to go see the vampires again tomorrow so on my way to Prescott I'll stop at the dump in Pauldin.

Afternoon y’all. I been busy as a one armed paper hanger this a.m. I have two subcontractors here today and they are moving forward on the renovations. The utility engineer came by and gave us the nod to move the power line and the tree surgeon is coming by to give me an estimate. It burns my biscuits to pay someone to drop a tree for me. Felling trees is a big part of my job. But right now I can’t do that sort of work and I need it done soon.

Just got back from that flea market. GPS messed up and took us to the front gate of the owner's home. We called the store and they gave me the actual street address... 10 miles away.
The place was way more organized and cleaner than any other flea market I have ever been to. They were waaayyy over priced on everything.
They had one airgun. It was a rear cocker 1322 with a Crosman skeleton stock on it. It was in a glass case with other odd items. The tag said $180... I almost dropped my phone.
There was alot of cool old stuff though. Lots of furniture that brought back childhood memories. Place was huge. 2 1/5 hours to walk through.

Sam that stinks but at least you have the $ to do it. Beats not having the $ and not being able to get done what you need.

Bill I went to flea markets a lot when I was young. Found some great deals back in the day. It was always fun browsing even if I didn't find anything to get.

This place was more geared towards upscale vintage period furniture, clothing, and housewares.
Just down the strip mall from there was more of a lower class joint that sold items donated for charity. It was much cheaper but mostly junk, smelly and dirty. We didn't stay long.
