Another day waiting for Whitetail, they came out at too dark to shoot last night 

This reminded me of my neighbor a couple days ago who saw 30 hogs by his house early in the morning where he got his shotgun then pulled the trigger and heard a click. He racked it then pulled the trigger again followed with another click. Yep he forgot no shells were loaded in it then he watched them spook away. One sow was so pregnant it couldn't run. Sure wish he would've called me as I could've walked over and downed a bunch of them with the AR.

I woke up at 3:28 and got up, two minutes before my alarm. We had Sunday School and our morning worship service.
I have had lunch and think I will lay down and take a SHORT nap for a change, because I feel it will do me some good today.

We have Movie night at Church this evening, that's all the plans for today.

OH, it rained just a bit last night, enough to clean the air though. We have some fluffy clouds and Blue sky today!

Tomorrow I plan to rise early and head for the woods with gun and dog.  The memsahib doesn't know I'm off tomorrow.  I told her that it's "Take your dog to work day".

Meanwhile I did shoot a doe yesterday, found her 40 yards off first thing this am, have to rinse and repeat tomorrow as my cousin TK shot a buck tonight and the bugger ran along with 4 other deer in every direction, similar to my 3 ring circus I ahs yesterday, when you take the matriarch of the group out and they run in circles then split.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday, here we go again! I got up around 0500. I don’t have a job on me for today, yet. When I turned the coffee on, it was 64* outside. Now it’s 55*… the temps are supposed to drop all day and tonight until it reaches 26* tomorrow morning. I’m not looking forward to working outside when this happens.

Mornin y’all!  Plans  haven’t crystallized yet.  Might go to the dump.  Might head into town.  My work schedule is a huge Romeo Foxtrot right now.  I just finished six days straight.  I have today off and then I go back for two days then get three days off. .  Making the best of it.

Feeling good today for a change. I might ride a bicycle or paddle a boat.  When you live in paradise the options are endless!

Good Morning, I woke up at 3:00 after 5 hours sleep and almost stayed up but I thought I'd try to sleep some more. WOW I was able to sleep another three hours. First time I've gotten 8 hours sleep in a LONG time.

 I need to go to town and get mail from our mailbox there, no other plans yet.

 The weather is going to be nice! It's 43° and the high is supposed to be 72°F.

Follow up I picked up Slayer tonight. Took longer than expected because there was more underlying damage in the door so they replaced the entire door. Looks factory to me and that's a good thing. I need to see it in good sunlight as I can pick up on color variants easily even then from the factory every pannel was a different shade.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! I got up at 0330, I didn’t really want to. But, nature’s call and I got enough sleep; I was curious about the temperature. 31* outside, Weather Underground says 28*. Big change from 64* yesterday morning. I’m not ready for winter to be turned on like a switch. I worked yesterday, I’ll have to wait on the office today.

1st time up before 8am since retiring. Catching the 715 ferry to meet with a marine surveyor and take a sailboat out for a seatrial.

No plan but I think I'll split some wood for the stove in the shop.
Then maybe shoot some airguns.
It's 62 right now and only expect to go up to the upper 60's and rain this morning.
