Good morning I am feeling almost well this morning. I didn't do anything productive yesterday. My Crosman M4 .177 showed up and I did take 5 shots with it.

 I am going to take it easy today too but, I will probably continue with the pdf book set conversion to .docx and editing/formatting of .docx files. I have 8 books-3,788 pages done, just 4 books-1,816 more pages to proof read/edit/format to complete the set.

This sickness has been lingering around for too long.  Hope it’s end of it for you and back to 100% 💪🏼

Good morning GTA! Happy Friday! We made it! I got up at 0600 and I’m at work. I have a couple condensate pumps to replace, one in a freezer and another in a cooler. I’m really hoping this’ll be it, I don’t feel like working much more than that.

 Waiting on a fed ex delivery then take my new truck tires to work and install, too wet to mow been 3 weeks since I last did that, rain has been slim up to now. Will see if I have time for shenanigans

Good morning gang. Up a little before 0600, yeah I admit it I slept in but hey It's Saturday. My son bought a 2012 Polaris 500 side-by-side Monday and today he wants me to go with him to to look at another one where the engine is shot, he's wanting it for parts, Top, newer tires, better dump body, better windshield, etc. I think he wants me to come with him for another reason as well, he needs me to bring my wallet. LOL.  Oh, it's cooler today only 98° but we're still under the EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING with heat indices up to 108° in places.

"solve world peace"   I knew there was something I forgot to do yesterday.  It would be great if you all could finish up that project.   I gotta mow again, go to the dump and practice shooting.

Good morning! With some hesitation I will say I think I am about over this cold. I woke with one nostril open and that is normal for me.

 I plan to get that last book converted from PDF to .docx and added to my Bible software library first. Yesterday the first two went pretty fast and easy the other one was a real pain as the MS Word conversion really messed it up. I think I about wore out my keyboard fixing it, LOL. The set of books was published as a collaborative effort with a number of contributing authors. Some sections convert fairly well and others all the spacing, paragraph, and formatting is real messed up. I bought the set in print and also in PDFs, but the Bible software add feature only adds *.docx files. It has been a lot of work to get the PDFs converted and formatted to match the print version. The last book is 493 pages, and I really hope it is one that MS Word converts well so it minimizes the needed corrections I have to do. It will take a couple of hours just to look at and check each page, if it goes smooth and easy.

 Well I plan to finishing that project first and then see what time and what I feel like doing.

Been up since 5:30 but I took my coffee and headed for the shop. I wanted to get the wooden floor platform project going before the a/c struggled to keep up with the heat.
Just finished up and came in to cool off. Gonna have a bite to eat, take a shower and make a beer run. Then Betty Lou and I will chill in the bar and watch Nascar stuff on TV. Spend some time with my best buddy before she leaves for 10 days up in Ohio.

Well... been a minute.  I picked up a late model used Scag 36" walk-behind mower for Sonja for her birthday, and today was going to be her "test out the new mower" day, but her sister called, and now we're going to float and paddle our section of the James River.  Fun times either way. 

I foresee some tacos and cold beer in our near future- kind of a tradition for birthday fare amongst us heathens.

It's a cool, rainy day so I'll be indoors working at a task I don't like and am terrible at.    Cleaning out old, expired or junk paper in file cabinets and on my incredibly messy desk.

The goal today is to stay inside with the AC, watch some golf, some car racing, and what ever else might
catch my fancy.

Yesterday it got up to 104f in the shade and not a pleasant day to be outside.

Good morning, I was up at 4:00, and have had our morning church services, now I am waiting for lunch since we are going to a fund raiser at 2:00.

We will be back for evening service.

The temp is currently 88°F on my back deck with a forecast high of 96°F today.

Got up around 5:30 and made coffee. Betty Lou got up around 7:00 made a great breakfast. Then she and I went out to the shop and she helped me with a project. It was good for her to get her mind off her momma. She has been in and out of the ER 3 times in the past few days and she is back in the hospital this morning.
Betty Lou's flight leaves Wednesday and she is worried she won't get there on time. But then she talks to her momma on the phone and calms down a bit.

  Good morning, I went to bed at 11:30 PM and got up at 5:15 AM and got my coffee.

I don’t have any plans for today except to relax inside mostly.

The temps are supposed to be triple digits today and tomorrow. I may go outside and do something before 9 AM?

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday! I got up at 0100, went back to bed… got up at 0445 and in a couple minutes I’m going back to bed. I called out sick today, gastro issues… not a big deal, just not well enough to go to work.

Bill, I hope Betty Lou stays calm and gets through til her travel time and travels go well too. I’ll keep her and family and you in my prayers.

Nothing like a brutal thunder storm a 4:00 a.m. to wake up to. It got a little close to the house and another 1.25 inches of rain on top of that. Messed around in the shop until daylight, nothing blown apart. Since it had rained I went and dug some worms to fish with later this afternoon. Next project is get the front tire on the tractor back on. Round up the fishing gear get it loaded in to the truck. Not much else for today.
