Sounds like a plan Kris.

It's been a while since I have had the flares and the top of both shoulders were swollen and the pain was more than I wanted to deal with this morning. Just could not pick up either arm. So the only way to alleviate some of the pain is to lay down and not move. Luckily these episodes only last 24 to 48 hours, it use to be several weeks before the pain subsided. I am fine this afternoon still a little stiff but not the achy, painful mess I had this morning.

Kris what causes that? Only time I can't lift my arms over my shoulders is right after weed eating. Get well soon.

Get well soon.Psoriatic Arthritis affects the tendons and ligaments, it is the inflammation of them. Mine obviously is triggered by repetitive motion for a long period of time, like raking. I don't know when it will hit, one day I am fine and few days later I am trying figure out what I did to set it off.

I know my wife has that problem with certain foods. I'm not sure which arthritis she has but her fingers are curved badly.
