Good Morning, I went to bed at 1:00 AM and woke up at 6:00 AM.
  We are DRY! The weather site says overnight humidity only raised to 40% and will dip to 12% today. Right now it is 71°F with 22% on our back deck. We are only supposed to get up to 97°F today. With 12% or less outdoor humidity the evaporative cooler will work great and keep the house comfortable. 

I need to start getting ready for a trip to Idaho, the plan is to leave Wednesday night after Bible Study and drive all night. I am taking a Grandson and his family of 5 home since their transmission went out on their Yukon, and I'll see some of the other grandkids and great grandkids up there then come back Friday or Saturday so I don't miss Church. My wife will be staying home this trip to take care of the animals and because there isn't a seat for her anyway.

Warm and humid here Minnesota today.
Temp is 89 F and the humidity is 65 % with a Heat Index of 100 F.
I spent the day working outside in the yard.
I worked up a good sweat, especially when the sun broke through the clouds.
I don't complain about the summer warmth though, winter will be here soon enough and then it will get really cold.

Dan what year is the Yukon and how many miles on it?

 I know it's a 2013 Yukon Denali 6L80-E transmission, I don't know the mileage on it. They just bought it used a few months ago in Idaho and the place they bought it said "it's all your problem"
It got towed to Twin Falls Idaho to a shop to be fixed, they live in the Boise area. The only gear it still had was first.

Got up and took a shower. That was a waste of time.. I'm all hot and sweaty already.
Took Betty Lou to the dollar store for trash bags and grabbed a rattle can of drab green for a gun stock I'm painting.
The dollar store is on the main route through town and to Florida. The manager said I could bring the truck and park it out front with a for sale sign on it. I'll get a couple printed up and take it tomorrow morning.
We are supposed to set heat records today.

Suppose to get to 95f today. Stayed up all day yesterday from 1230am. Tried to go to sleep at 2100 last night but just laid there tossing and turning until 2330 which was the last time I looked at my watch. Can't believe it took being up 23 hours to finally get back to sleep. Didn't get up until 0930 this morning and could've slept longer but the dogs were having none of that.😡

I got packed early today! I have a trip list saved on my computer that I just modify for each trip I take. It has everything I need to remember and I just adjust it for place, duration, and weather.

I am going to try to take a little nap now since, I plan on driving all night while the little ones sleep.

I’ll be driving boats at work today.  The memsahib and mom are going to drive to Atlanta today so mom can buy a new camper.  I do not support that endeavor but there ain’t much I can do about it.

I need to mow my daughter's yard really bad but I'm suffering from a bout of severe......laziness this morning.

Sam I would have thought there would have been tons of camper dealers closer than Atlanta, hmm?

Anyway I'm headed for thr frig and the coffee pot.

Good morning, it's the monthly run around day, platelets, zoo food, supplies for the sporting equipment, and anything else that is needed. Probably have to fight the rain later on. I will be glad when this weather pattern changes which is probably coming soon, the hurricane models are all starting to show the same thing, red flag warning right there. It's watch and wait for now.

It was warm in MN yesterday.  It was around  90 or 92 F and the humidity was around 70%.
Thunderstorms hit around 5 pm and it is still raining this morning.
I was lucky. I was spared all the high winds and large hail.
Some places in MN saw 75 MPH winds and baseball sized hail.
Once the storms hit, the temps took a nose dive and dropped around 20 degrees F. in a very short period of time.
From 90 F. or 92. F to 70 F in around 15 minutes.. It is 68 F outside right now.
It is supposed to rain on and off all day today so I won't be working in the yard.
