 7/11 Slurpee Day!  Free Slurpees today at 7/11 stores

Just going to be with my people.  Took the last three days off (spontaneously) to recoup from work.  I’m getting cut on next week so I’ll have some time off for that but I wanted to have a few days at 100% before just in case I’m not feeling up to doing much.  Right now I’m being a derelict and sitting in the shade avoiding responsibility at all expense, even at the expense of my reputation.  😆😆😆

Out of the hospital and heading to my daughter's house. Really tired but everything went well. Throat is sore as heck and my arm pits are hurting but not a big problem. Prayers must of worked, thanks. Now to SLEEP!!

That's the incision line that's been glued back together. There was a lot of skin cut out to make sure there's a clean edge free from melanoma. Has anybody on here ever had to have a IV in their ankle? Because the doctor was going to be cutting in both arm pits they couldn't do the IV in the normal places. It took them 4 different places to get it working starting on the top of both feet. OWW!!
I've got to tell you Kris, I would never let a phlebotomist do that to me!😂🤣😂🤣.

Good morning guys and gals. Up at 0450, I've had breakfast (pulled pork on hamburger bun) and I'm drinking a cup a joe. Plans are at first light to begin cutting my yard. Hopefully I'll get 1/2 or more this morning before 10 hundred and finish tomorrow morning.

Yeah Robert it'll be sore for a while. I've got a similar scar from when I had a melanoma removed nearly 20 years ago. Don't know if you can make it out in this picture.

The surgeon went straight across my arm looks like he went diagonally on yours.

Good morning GTA! Happy Friday! I got up at 0500 and I’m finishing up my coffee. I need to go visit with my chiropractor on the way into work. My first job is for a reach in cooler not cooling. At some point I need to meet with another tech from Tulsa who’s bringing me some compressors for a couple air conditioner jobs next week.

I was reading up on it yesterday. The vinegar mixture works well but the weeds will grow back in short order. The bleach mixture is more permanent because it neutralizes the soil so stuff can't grow. I can also line the fence line with pine needles, we got plenty here..
This part of the property has been left to it's own devices for a long time. It's going to take time to get it to learn it's role as a yard instead of wilderness.

Not sure.. poison ivy is not something we have issues with.
A quick Google search says it is a good poison ivy killer.

How effective is it on poison ivy?

I don't know. I don't have that issue. But it kills everything I've sprayed it on.
I spray it in the morning and by evening, it's dead.

The Dawn dish soap makes it stick to the leaves better.
It is effective for about a couple of months on grass.
