Morning gang. I really want to sight in a scope on a .22 lr rifle. Can't really go into that on this forum. Airgun wise I would like to shoot my D460 .22 but the dang humidity is really what's keeping me from doing either. Bill you heard anything from Mike concerning your Snapper? My plans today, hmm? To avoid the heat.

He is an older retired guy like us and we know how we are. I'll just let him work on it at his pace. I have the eXmark here so I'm in no real hurry, Nick told me again yesterday that he wanted me to keep the eXmark here.

I think the lawn can wait a day or 2, there are air rifles to shoot darnit
Here in South Texas we're keeping a very close eye on the hurricane. It looks like the projected pathis going to go right over McAllen, where I live. The question is , "How strong will it be and how much rain?".Ron
OK, I am so over the heat and humidity already this year.

High winds and some flooding from the rain probably. Might get a tornado but that's about the worst.Down here in Sunny Flarda' the memsahib keeps the idiot box tuned to the weather all Hurricane season. Our choices are hunker or run. The last four times we've had to run. Fortunately the shack was always here when we came back!

My cousin lives in Madison, FL and he was without power for 2 weeks after Idalia. They are about an hour drive from the coast. I had the eastern edge of Michael's eye wall go over my place and was without electricity for 4 weeks, I am 18 miles from the coast. The wind and downed trees did more damage here than the rain. If you don't have plan now, now is a good time to get one started.
