The shop would of liked it that you pre loosened it LOL Yup persistence pays.
Those are the kinds of battles that make me slather anti seize compound on everything.
I want to get the pool up, but my Mom has a brand new, in the box, salt water filtration system she wants to give me.

The tile cutter and wet band saw can be a little messy at times. I have a shady spot with a constant breeze blowing all the time to work on this stuff. You never know what you will find inside a plain looking stone until it is cut open. A little messy??

Looks good Dan.. did ya put any vents in it?Woke up at 4:30 and laid there until the call of Nature made me get up.Waiting for the coffee to brew now.No real plan for the day but I'm sure I'll find something to get into.
Yeah, those soffet vents are what I suggested too. They are waiting to build a front porch/deck off the front door and he's going to put vents under it and some under back porch as well. We are still trying to figure an access panel. I suggested where the most plumbing is located but no decision yet.

A little messy??A little messy you say. I am usually soaking wet and covered in slurry. The wet band saw is not so bad but the the flat top tile cutter is. If you get in front of it and even with the blade guard down you are guaranteed a mud bath. I have learned to stand behind it and pull the stone to me instead of pushing it into the blade. Also I don't get hit in the face with stone chips or with the entire stone if I loose my grip on it.
You don't have to tell me about how messy they are. I've been using them on and off for the 30+ years I worked in aerospace cutting carbon fiber, fiberglass and ceramic. I'm really surprised I don't have that coal miners lung disease. I've never cut tile though.😂🤣😂🤣
woke up. that's gotta count for something ..
