I traded in a 1971 corvette for a truck. Corvette blew up right after they sold it to someone else. Seems Chevy put one of the rods in backwards when they built it. How that car lasted 10 years with it like that....... It had a 454.
Gil, I always thought you were a beater truck with moonshine under the seat type guy.

Now that mower has a bent crankshaft and bad vibration, I am sure it will blow up soon. :'( that was an old Ryobi/Honda mower that ran perfect every time. :'( You found your carport and steering box in the tall weeds?? How tall were the weeds and wouldn't they be called trees instead? 😜

Good morning GTA! Happy Friday Eve!!! I slept in until nearly 0600… things have been chaotic lately, everywhere around me: work, church, home, family, etc. It’s all good, because I’ve had enough. Topped it off with my birthday yesterday that went to south all day. Ayrabella stayed home from school because we stayed up too late. I’ve had my 2 cups of coffee, but there’s no work this morning and thunderstorms. The girls are still in bed, so I think I’ll turn my ringers down and go back to bed for a couple hours. We’ll see what I might do afterwards, if the office doesn’t come up with something. I’m not complaining, I’m just declaring no more chaos for me. Way past due that I put the monkeys back in their cage… I down even own a monkey.

How tall were the weeds and wouldn't they be called trees instead? 😜 I did a real poor job of wording that. Reminds me of my mom saying "throw the cow over the fence some hay". LOL The weeds in that spot were about three feet tall, so I pushed down on the mower handle to bringing the front of the mower up high enough to mow them down, or to get over the power steering box. DOH!
John, I haven't been bowling in YEARS!Used to be on a league but a tornado destroyed our bowling alley and it was never replaced. I don't know where my ball and shoes are now.
