I woke up early for the usual pain alarm clock, but that's another story.

It's raining lightly right now, but we do need the rain.
Believe you me, I do know about working when it's less hot in the mornings.
Down here I have to get most outside work or play done before 11:00 to noon. After that it's
just too darn hot to even think about doing something outside.
Bless the man who invented AC.

Nah.  I’m going with Kris.  Gorrie invented the evaporative cooling process that is the basis for modern refrigeration and air conditioning.  Realizing that Florida is uninhabitable without AC the state of Florida built a shrine in his honor in Apalachicola.  There is no shrine to Carrier anywhere that I know of.

I think it’s just hard to find because they keep moving it. First it was in NJ, then NY, then they tried to move it to Mexico and they lost it. For real.

Good morning! Thursday night I only slept about 3 hours but last night I slept about 6 hours so, I am caught up and well rested now! 

I am not sure what I will do today, the weather isn't going to be great for outdoor activities.

"A mix of clouds and sun this morning followed by mostly cloudy skies and a few showers this afternoon. High near 60F. Winds WNW at 5 to 10 mph."

I might mow my front yard, but right now I just plan on an egg sandwich and relaxing in front of my computer for a while.

Tree planting day, more like plant plucking right now. The invasives kind of got a toe hold on some places in the yard and they are in the driest part of the yard, don't it figure. I had a huge huckleberry bush that the privot has gotten into and that's been fun getting that removed without taking the huckleberry with it. Japanese climbing fern is the other headache, it strangles everything. It doesn't take long for the backhoe to dig them up. Beats trying to dig it up with a shovel.

Trimmed up the 4 remaining bushes in the front. Trying to decide if we want to keep any of them or yank them all. I think we have it narrowed down to 2 keepers.. a bottle brush and an American Holly bush. There is also a large Bonsai that needs trimmed and 3 crepe myrtles that I cut to 6' trunks every December. Those will stay.

LOL... it's a little over 2' tall but spread out about 9' in diameter. That's it with the tarp draped on it.

Good morning GTA! Happy Sunday! I got up at 0500 and started my coffee. Ayrabella hasn’t been feeling well and yesterday was not good for her. Tomorrow my wife is going to call her GI doctor and hopefully she can help get Ayrabella back to feeling better. So, today I’ll stay home with my Baby-Girl, while my wife goes to Church.

I was awake at 3:00am because of my usual pain problems , but that's another story, and
took my pain pill and 30 to 40 min. later when it started helping, I was not sleepy so I stayed up.
I most likely will take a nap around mid day.

Practicing for the 10m casual match will be on the agenda for today and plan on getting it done
before it might get too hot.

That is unless there are some attention squirrels that pop up. There are always squirrels.

Mornin'
Up at 4am. Made coffee and turn on the Nascar truck race. Boss is sleeping at my feet and Rambo is camped out in the bedroom with Betty Lou. Nobody has even stirred yet.
Looks like rain will be the order of the day and the WC mold I was expecting didn't show up yesterday so the plan to pour those is on hold until tomorrow.
I suppose now I'll just putter around in the Red Shed and watch Nascar.
