One of the dogs I'm pet sitting had a real bad night and kept whining and her brother kept barking at a rabbit that was in the back yard. There will definitely be a nap coming up later.🥱

I am blessed that my back feels better while I am up and walking around though. By the way if I got that much good sleep every night I would feel great all the time.

Morning...Woke up at 4:30 with a bad ear ache in my right ear. No idea what that's all about.Took care of the dogs and got coffee. Ear is ringing and throbbing. At least it's not a tooth ache. It's a slow steady rain so I'll probably just hang in the shop with the doors closed.

I used to get ear aches all the time when I was a boy, try some sweet oil aka olive oil a few drops works wonders. Trust me this stuff works.
I wish I could stretch but my low back does not allow bending beyond sitting. If I bend more than that I can't stand straight or walk right for a few days. Bending down or laying down and pulling my legs up inflames the damaged nerves. I may try something like a Teeter Hang-Up, that may help by relieving pressure first? So far my knees are still working so I can squat down and that is how I get by.

I'll give it a try.Just checked the weather and the rain is supposed to stop around 8 this morning but temps only expected to stay in the 50s so the plan is still to tinker around in the shop with the doors closed.
P.S… I appreciate the comments on the inversion table… I’ve really been considering getting one, I believe it would help me in my situation. My wife and I suffer from different ailments, but we really used to be in good shape. She wants a treadmill, and I want an inversion table and a rowing machine. I have an exercise bike already (though, it is buried in the garage, right now). I really think we ought not give in to our ailments, we’re too young to just let ourselves go.
