Good morning all, I pray Carter and Martha get better soon and that everyone else stays well.I got 3 hours 55 minutes of restful sleep according to my smart watch. I woke up at about 6:20, had my coffee and so far I got the CT90 cylinder painted with some High heat paint. It came out pretty well despite the VHT spray can being the worst spaying can I have ever gotten. I did get a lot of paint on me and my clothes and some on the cylinder. I think more pant was coming up from the base than out of the tip. It also was more of a spatter than a mist. If I was painting flat metal it would had been an immediate trip back to town but since the cylinder is cast the splatter kind of worked. We are supposed to be hotter for the next couple of days again (105+), the last four day break in the 90's was nice.I think I will dismantle the CT90 cases today but I want to paint them while apart and haven't found the silver paint yet, so I can't put it together today. I am missing the intake manifold bolts too, so I have to get them also. And I need to finish preparing for tomorrow's Ch**ch services. I have lots to do, I may need more coffee.

You're less likely to strip out the threads in the head don't ask me how I know.😁 Another thing, bare aluminum that's been bead blasted cools much better than a painted surface.
My plans for today were to take Martha to Tyler for same day hiatal hernia surgery. She was in such pain, I convinced the Dr. to keep her overnight in the event that something happened that I couldn't help her with. My plans for tomorrow are to go back up to the hospital and hopefully bring her home. She is my everything and I miss her.

I even had to have the cam bearings sleeved. I had a S90 for my second ever MC and learned a lot back then. Then the Honda shop sponsored me to the Honda mechanic school on alondra Blvd.

I didn't stop with stripping bolts with just the aluminum on mine either. On the positive side I learned about how to use taps and helicoils too.

That's when I went and bought a Leslie impact driver and never had a problem with them again.
