 Looks like the rain will quit by noon, so may do a quick mow to get ahead of the game, as rain forecasted through Wednesday, last mow left a brown hue to the lawn, if I cut it back it should grow out nice and green this week.

What tools do you need?

I ordered the clutch nut spanner socket, flywheel puller, and clutch holder. I probably could make something work but just wanted to have the proper tools. I am still waiting on some new parts and don't have time to do it now anyway.

 I just discovered the potable water tank in the trailer is shot, all three fittings are broken off the bottom. One hose had just fallen to the ground so that is how I discovered it, I guess those tanks last 15 years, LOL. I have a tire appointment this afternoon, so I'll have to get it hooked up soon. Right now I am eating lunch though. I ordered a new mattress and bedding to make it more comfortable. I doubt I will be able to fix the water tank before we have to leave. 

Wish I'd of known. I've got all but the clutch holder I could have given you. I have no use for them anymore.

Mornin Y'all.  I'm the late shift again tonight so I'm taking it easy this a.m.  Yesterday a nice late afternoon thundershower came through and shut the beach down about 4:30.  If I'm lucky the same thing will happen today!

I woke up 30 minutes before my 4:00AM alarm and could not go back to sleep. So... I was a little bit short on sleep last night and I am tired now, I will probably take a power nap today, and then our evening Ch**ch service.

Good morning, it's run a round day for me, platelet donation first thing this morning, then pick up zoo food, fertilizer for the garden, and a few groceries for me. Didn't have any rain yesterday so I was able to mow the jungle back. Get some containers ready for new veggies to be planted. Tomatoes are coming around nicely if I can keep the bugs at bay. Everything in starter cups has popped up so it won't be long before I have to transplant them.

Good morning, I got up at 6:20 AM I am finishing off my coffee. I have 6 or 7 packages arriving today but. I am going to get a haircut and then I will concentrate on the list my wife has of what we need to get done before our trip. I came up with half of the items for me to do on the list and my wife came up with the rest, team work  .

The reality is together we have less than one good memory and still forget some things sometimes., we definitely do  better together than separately though.

I decided to see if I can locate a new fresh water tank for my Skyline 2008 Nomad 2670. So CA is a RV manufacturing Hub so I will probably have better luck getting a replacement here.

Sun is out in full effect and it's hot on the surface of my skin.  We were out of milk so I ran to the store and got milk, bagels, cream cheese and OJ.  Came home and Mrs. P was already making the espresso.  She NEVER does that!  It was a great gesture for her to do that.  I'm the coffee master so it's left up to me 99% of the time. 

Finished making coffee, toasted a Jalapeño cheddar bagel and smeared a generous portion on each half.  Now we are reclining under the gazebo, sipping coffee, eating bagels and contemplating the day. 

I had the HW45 pistol on pre-order at AoA.  I canceled that order today.  I am not an air pistol fan and it was a lot of $$$ for something I wasn't 100% sure that I wanted. I have my Baikal MP-46M and the 1701 that covers my needs/wants in the air pistol arena.  I also have some 1377s, 2240s and others to keep my itch scratched.  No spring pistols though. 

New swimming pool is supposed to deliver today.  Might have to make a run for paver stones to go under each support leg.  Watering plants around the house will be on the agenda soon.  I DO need to make hanging the airgun cabinet in the shop a priority today.  If I could just find some motivation.... 

This isn't for today but I'm kicking around the idea of building a new building to house my pool table, darts and maybe some video games.  I'd like a pinball machine and a Skee ball lane but that way off in dreamland.  I need the space back in my shop so I can start woodworking again.

Since it's already close to the end of my work day, Sonja and I are thinking of doing what we did last night- we sat in my office and stared out at all the softball people as they wrapped up practice/games/whatever they do while eating popsicles and drinking some tequila.  We made a big commotion of closing the curtains when people looked over, only to open them again a moment later.

We make a point of being "that weird couple"- there's also some piece of equipment getting repair, always a load of pavers, rocks, or mulch sitting close at hand, and often have all our dogs out front with us while we load up the burn barrel, drink adult beverages, and more often than not, play with either our blowguns or slingshots.  It's not quite as loud now that we're down to 3 dogs; the last 2 years have been rough to the geriatric pack of canines.
