Good morning GTA, Thursdays are my wife's stitching days, so she will be gone most of the day.

It was a chilly 26°F this morning, the weather forecast narrative says we will be cloudy with a high of 58°F today which is 2 degrees lower than the graphic they posted, for some reason?
Our overnight low was 6 degrees lower than the forecast due to our proximity to the snow left in the surrounding hills. Just a little over half of the low snow melted yesterday.

I have not made a concrete plan for the day, but I need to prepare for a wedding I am officiating Saturday. I will likely spend some time with that today. The couple just want a simple ceremony so that will be simple enough, I just need to get my notes typed up. I may do some weeding too but I may wait until tomorrow to do that.

The main plan for today is to rehang and connect the big screen TV back in the bar/mancave and begin prep for this weekends Daytona 500. However there is a huge problem....
It's dangerously close to a fully stocked beer fridge and I also plan to make a 3 gallon run of 'Happy Pie Creek Water". That always requires several taste tests.

Up at my usual 0700 due to my alarm. No not a clock but my boarder Collie mix. He hates being in his crate any longer than nessary. Let the 7 dogs out and checked the temperature outside and it's 14. Of course the dogs did their business and wanted back in asap! All except, you guessed it, the border collie mix lovingly refered to as FUBAR.😁 Started the 2 dogs food which entails softening Gracie's kibble and mixing the shepherds kibble with warm water and the enzyme we have to use. Her pancreas isn't excreting that enzyme to allow her to digest her food. It's a condition called EPI and shepherds get it sometimes.

So far I've made it into work. Get the work done and make it to quitting time. Mrs. P is meeting me in town after work. Doing a tour of a chocolate maker and having dinner afterwards. It will be nice to have the evening together. Tomorrow will be the start of another work marathon before the weekend arrives...

Good morning GTA! Happy Thursday! Up at 0430 CST, though I really didn’t want to be. It was 70* yesterday and 36* when I got up. Had my coffee, took the dog out… and Ayrabella informed me I didn’t walk Chillie enough… she pooped in the foyer. Oh well, she peed outside… I’m at work on a freezer that gave a couple guys trouble. I took a pound of refrigerant out 2 days ago and that didn’t fix it, but I wasn’t surprised. I’m starting over so I can figure out what’s wrong with it.

Got the TV hung, connected and linked in the bar/mancave and I was able to avoid any personal contact with the fully stocked beer fridge..

I still need to make a run for cider and cinnamon sticks.. I have everything else on hand. I need a 20# bottle of propane.
The Daytona festivities begin at 4pm and run through the weekend ending on Sunday with the Daytona 500.
There was some qualifying yesterday. I recorded that and watched it this morning from my recliner before Betty Lou got up.

Good Morning. It's run around day for me, zoo food and supplies, fishing supplies(try and find stuff without having to order it), garden supplies, I figured it would be the best day to do it since the weather is less than stellar here this morning. Then if the weather is nice this weekend, get the Hercules bully set up and cast some ammo for it and break out some of the other guns to shoot as well.

Insomnia, only slept about an hour or so. This is really weird. Pinched nerve in my shoulder had my arm, wrist, and hand tingling. Finally fell asleep a little after midnight the up at 0200.

Good morning GTA! Happy Friday! Up at 0430 CST. Walked Chillie, had 2 cups o’Joe. I can’t wait til it warms up again and I have time to rebuild the gates. It’d be nice to let the dog out off the leash. Today I have a trouble site to evaluate for air conditioning. I haven’t been the one in years to work on their stuff, but I remember… this isn’t going to be fun at all. I suppose they’re wanting to replace or add equipment. They have split systems, like you might have in your home. They really should just knock the place down and start over… but, that’s not part of my task list.

Woke up at 4 and turned on some recorded NASCAR stuff.
Laid around util 5 then got up and fed the dogs. Rambo ate half of his and headed back to bed. Boss didn't even get up. Neither have been out yet. They probably heard the wind and rain last night and decided it wasn't worth it.
Enjoying some coffee now and watching the news/weather. Looks like a cool day in the 50s today. I can see on the cameras that it's still pretty windy out there as daylight begins to show.
No special plans today aside from a run to the local grocery to pick up stuff that we don't buy in bulk and get locally at good prices. Maybe shoot some guns then more NASCAR later.

My condolences Lt. Dan. Both of my shoulders are bothering me and I’m not sleeping much either.

I’ll continue building garden beds today if the weather permits. If it rains I’ll go hunting!
