The British murder mystery called "Midsomer Murder" is on every Tuesday from from 0500 - 1300 CST on TV on the ION / Escape channel. We first watched this mystery years ago on Netflix then Netflix lost it to another either BRITBOX or Acorn TV.
Anyway I watched it till 1300 then grabbed my HW97 and stepped out on the patio. It was windy but not like they predicted. After setting up I only shot 3 pellets before the winds came. ...apparently the prediction was right... it was blowing hard, I'm guessing 25 mph or more the tree tops swaying back and forth. I'm inside now surfing.

Up at 7:30 am, coffee, Dr. appt, home, coffee, pool, pump up air rifle, pool, surf, going shopping soon. Salmon is the plan for dinner. Need to get some more pellets for the grill. Hanging with the familily for the day. Wife and I will go out for "Valentines Day" on Thursday. We are going on a chocolate tour and dinner (Mexican) and possibly a coffee afterwards.

I need to send a card to Riley Blackwell. He's our local weatherman that stuck that big red heart over today's weather report...

LOL the first thing out of my mouth to another person I cant repeat here. It was toxic because rough men and I am not a morning person.

I ast the memsahib what she wanted for Vday. She said she wanted a truck load of manure. . . . . For the garden.

So that's what she got. We went to the nursery in Medart and got two yards on the utility trailer. Between this and our own compost we've got enough to top dress the whole garden. She does not like cut flowers so on Vday I traditionally get her a rose bush. This year she picked a white rose.

Morning..
Today is bulk grocery day.. we'll make the 40 mile round trip to Troy. I ordered a new 55" TV to replace the one that fell off the wall and smashed. We will pick that up too. The one we stole from the bar/mancave will return in time for NASCAR Daytona 500 festivities in the bar.
I have some pellet testing I want to do this afternoon with the 392s pumper. I think I am finally back up to speed health wise where I can endure a session of airgun pumping. It's been a long road. I'm not quite ready to run a marathon but I was never into marathon running anyways...

Good morning GTA! It’s Hump-Day, Happy Wednesday! I got up at 0430, did the morning routine and got out to work. I’m on the same job as yesterday that I got rained out on. So far, the control system looks screwy and it’s off schedule by 2 hours. I’m getting on the roof to check the units out themselves before I make phone calls to get the control system straightened out.

Good morning!

It snowed on all the surrounding hills last night.

I didn't see anything about possible snow here.

I would say the snow level is about 200 feet above us on those hills, so maybe 1,850', it is definitely below 2,000', but it is pretty thin so I am sure it will melt off fast.

It is 39°F on my back deck and supposed to get to 56°F today.

We almost missed getting trash and recycles to the road, we forgot about it until I thought about it at 6:45 AM, sometimes it goes right after 6:00 AM, we got lucky and it was a little late today.

Back from breakfast at Jack's and the grocery run.
Unloaded groceries and Betty Lou put them away while I unhooked the TV and unboxed the new one.
We were in the last aisle of grocery shopping when we got the text that the 55" ONN ROKU SMART TV was ready for pick up so we checked out, loaded them in the truck then drove around to the other end of the store and picked up the TV.
When Betty Lou finished putting groceries away we took the TV off the wall and hung the new one.
Set up was a breeze and we are back in the berries.
Now we'll chill a bit then carry the other TV back to the bar/mancave, hang it back on the wall and set it back up.
One of the things that determined the choice for th new TV was the remote. It needed to be a ROKU because we have several ROKU remotes and they all work on all TVs. No passing around the remote.. we each have a remote for any TV we are watching.
This TV was $268 + tax... out the door under $300 with 2 year warranty.
Ironically, that right at what we spent on groceries as well.
All in and all done before noon... can't beat that.

Yes... that was totally my fault.. I didn't hit studs when I hung the last mount. This time I hung a 1" mounting board and 3" drywall screws into studs. I can hang a porch swing on it...

I think it snowed to down to 1,600' but stuck just a little higher. I am sure it will be gone soon, it is sunny and 45°F at 11:07 AM

It's in the mid 50s in NH today. I think I'll go out and get a head start on spring cleanup. Lots of branches blown down all over the lawn. I'll do some shootin' of course. Tonight there is an Arms Collectors meeting I'll probably go to.

We ended up with about 2 inches of snow here but only a high of 31f today so it'll stick around for a while. Have to drive into town and pickup the mail and a few gallons of dog water. We don't give our dogs the water that I haul. Just use it to flush the toilet, wash the dishes and shower along with wash clothes. I drink the dog water too. At $.25 a gallon it tastes pretty good. The hauled water not so much.
