Bout every three months I get the Wahl clippers out and shave my head.

Every time there is less hair on the floor when I get done than the last time.

Yep that's why I decided to take a razor to it every few days while in the shower.

I need to go to work on a Saturday. 
I have scheduled to have the carpets professionally cleaned in the front offices... so I need to go and let them in, hang out, and lock up when they are done.
They say it will take 3-4 hours so I am going to make the best of it.
 I will be out on the Plant floor, table, chair, bags and targets are staged... just need to decide what airguns to take and I can spend the afternoon shooting indoors, warm, and respectable ranges.

Well....I am waiting for the sun to come up.
I am looking forward to the temperature rise today.
Yesterday the temps started out at -19 F. to -20 F with a -40 F windchill.
Today the temps are supposed to rise to 28 F or higher.   Wow  Hurray ! 
That is a possible 50 degree change in temperature from one day to the next.
I might even do a little target shooting today.
So which rifle should I choose ?
I have eight rifles to pick from.

NASCAR season begins today... probably set up in the bar/mancave with the big screen and surround.. and the fridge is handy..

I have narrowed the shooting list today to some guns that have been eluding me as far as their potential because I can't stay focused / undisturbed .
FWB 124, Winchester 435 (Diana 35), and my Beeman R9 (HW95)...

Oh and going to take the Texan for a few shots outdoors just for "gets and shiggles".

It's -13F  in scenic southern NH.    I haven't seen temps that low for years.   When I was a kid those low temps were more common but you know, global warming.   Anyways I was excited and I went outside in my T shirt, shorts and flip flops.   Walked down to the road and around the house for a while picking up broken branches that blew down.    The -13  air felt great although my ears and fingertips got a bit cold.    Now I feel totally invigorated.

Nope, Clash in the Coliseum. Daytona is Next week? We subscribed to Sling just for the Nascar season. It comes with 50 hours dvr for recording if we have other plans.
Anyways... I'm off to switch the internet from the Red Shed to the bar/mancave and stock the fridge. Maybe I can talk Betty Lou into whipping up a crock of bbq lil' smokies and meatballs. Along with a cheese and cracker plate. I also know there is a jar of 'creek water' pickled pickles in the bar fridge... donated by the good folks at the airport...

I got scolded by SHMBO because there were barefoot prints out in the snow next to a yellow hole this morning.

I can open the side door of the mancave and I have perfect access from the barstool to targets out to 25yds. Perfect for my low to mid range shooters. Dam those pesky commercial breaks...

 I will be heading to my work farm to do some cottontail hunting, with a longtime friend who used to run his beagles, and take rabbits at my native plant nursery. I will be taking the Wing Shot as my main gun, if they get past 20 yards then Terry can get them with the 20 gauge

Suppose to be 56 with no wind today. Almost the same tomorrow but windy as heck. Of course I am getting my hatsan 125 Monday and it's suppose to be real windy all next week. At least it will dry things out until we get rain on the 12, 13, and 15th. 😡 And it's not like we need it now.

I made an appointment to renew my Drivers License next Tuesday.  If it warms up, I intend to shoot some pellets this afternoon.  ITMT, I reckon I'll continue to read "Sycamore Row".
