Internal alarm clock operated as usual once again. 
 Eyes popped open at 0530 just like a work day.
 Oh well.. I have already had breakfast... Pot-o-coffee and a bowl of cigarettes.
 Touching base here on GTA, and started organizing / repacking the "shambles" of my garage. I have to put Christmas decor stuff back up on the rafters.
SO.. I will fire up the garage heater.... and once it warms up a bit I will try casting another 5 lbs of .457 slugs.
 This time I will turn the pot temp up a notch to eliminate the wrinkles.
Later, I will be shooting them out of the Texan for performance compared to "store bought".

Well yesterday after breakfast with my brothers in town, I was less than a mile from my place in town. I went by to get the mail and ended up staying there until 7:00 PM, going through some papers and other stuff. It really didn't put a big dent in all that is there but I got the stuff that was piled on the built in bar cleaned off and also went through and organized all the cleaners etc... in the laundry room cabinets, and cleaned the washer and dryer up with Glass Plus. 

I did fill three trash bags with shredded papers I ran through the shredder. There is a lot more to go through. I hope/plan to drop off the bulk of the papers at a local bank when they have monthly free shedding event in their parking lot.

I remembered when I was half was home that I did not turn the thermostat back down, I turned it up to 65°F to take the chill off while I was working.

Today, first I need to scan 40 pages and then email that "booklet" to my son. Then I need to go to the bank. I may put off working on the motor mounts in the truck until next week, Wednesday- Friday is supposed to have high's of 67°F and there is no rain forecast for the next 8 days. I will keep busy though what ever I decide to work on.

Thanks Bill, I am really starting enjoy everything around me again.  Spent most of the week tying up the loose ends with the retirement process. Started looking at what I could do without to reduce the monthly budget. It's just so nice to get up and not have to fight with the working world anymore. I have plenty to keep me busy around here and in no hurry to get it done, it will get done and not end up in the hospital or in the ground doing it.

Watched the weather and news and drank coffee until I could see daylight on the security camera. Then me and Boss went out for a walk. I took the Daisy 25 with us and just walked around plinking at random targets.
I got to thinking... this is exactly what many of us did as kids. Just a boy, his dog and his bb gun. Not a worry in the World.       
I've worked my entire adult life to get to this point and bet your life, I'm going to enjoy as many minutes of it that I have left to do so.

I can see that clearly, Bill… I’m looking forward to it… I’m hoping it happens for me too, in just under a dozen years.

Happy Saturday GTA!!! I fell asleep last night around midnight-30 and got up at 0600 CST… I’ve been non-stop here with self-appointed tasks, Ayrabella and the dog. We’re headed out to find a playground with monkey-bars. 2 days in a row, Thursday & Friday, 2 parks and no monkey bars.

Rain set it for the weekend so we're playing shut in and vegging streaming TV.

Tried to get out early so the ground was still frozen to take my trash to the transfer station. It was fine going out but due to having to go into town I didn't start back up until almost noon. What a sloppy mess. Stuck it down in 4 low and just took my time coming back up the road. Hugh holes from people thinking they need to go fast and spinning their tires. What a mess!! 😡😡😡

Raining here, just vegging and cleaning up a little inside. Weekly critter cage clean up done, probably find a movie on YT and tie fishing leaders while watching it.
