Just chillin' today.. been watching the Red Bull Signature Series all day.
Right now it's the XFighters from Madrid, Spain. These kids are amazing.

Up at 4:00 AM like a normal Sunday for me, S.S. at 10:00 and Ch**ch at 11:00. Then my wife and I went out to eat, then stopped at a Tractor Supply that is near the restaurant.

It's movie night at Ch**ch tonight, I might take a power nap first. 

Blessed with more rain coming too. Our Daffodils and the weeds think it's spring.

 This warm wet rainy Wisconsin winter has to end, been feeling like crud all weekend called in to work told boss he made me sick.
 Grass is nice and green trees look like they could bud out soon if this keeps up, did get the Christmas lights down over the weekend, just do not seem right W/O snow LOL
 I will task myself with house chores and GTA experiments. Oh almost forgot, I updated the sound system in a older home Juke Box, it is now WIFI enabled, so I have been ripping CDs to the computer for hours on end since I got it up and running last weekend. Also added laser light show to its lighting display.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday! I completely missed Sunday as Mr. Mom duties and Ch**ch consumed my time. I’ll be Mr. Mom throughout the week until Saturday, my wife extended her stay by 2 days with family in Oregon, with my approval. Today I have some paperwork to go through and Ayrabella has been practicing on roller skates… I’m sure she’ll want to continue practicing today. It’s warm here but super windy.

Up early this morning, most of the chores done, still got the chickens to feed. Finish the tackle box project on the boat, mount a new boat winch on the trailer, find the rest of my fishing gear for surf and boat fishing. Back to beach weather for a few days, 34* this morning, 56* right now.

Took a nice slow stroll around the property. The sun is out bright but there is still a bit of chill in the air... no wind. The chilly air makes things smell clean and fresh. I stopped in at the bar/mancave and took 8 - 10 shots with the Mendoza RM377 that I left on the bar a couple days ago.

Boss took her turn at waking me up at 4:30 this morning. She has this screaming and growling thing she does and this morning she was doing it right in my face. She made it clear that she was not going to stop until I got up.
I got up, put the coffee, fed the dogs and let them out. Now I'm up drinking coffee and they all went back to bed.
Weatherman says we're headed for the 70's today with pop up showers possible. So I think I'll open up the Red Shed and do some airgun related stuff.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday!… though, it feels like a Monday. Starting today, I can really start getting things done around here- the house, I mean. I stayed up a little late again last night, got up at 0600, walked the dog, had 2 coffees and got Ayrabella off to school. I have until 1545 to work on organizing and cleaning the house, etc… My wife won’t come home until Saturday, so I’m pretty sure today’s plan will be the same through Friday. I am going to setup the shooting benches next and have an air rifle ready at all times from here on out for good healthy breaks in between my work here at home. Sure would be a hoot if I get this house as good as I could want and just maybe spend the last 2 days or so working on the garage.

Took a break from shooting and cleaned off the "L" shaped work bench in the Red Shed. It was piled with tools and such that never found homes since they were put in there. It actually looks like a work bench now instead of a catch all.
As a good friend of mine from Ohio would always say... These things take time.

Not sure about today's plans yet.  Maybe some wood splitting and stacking, throwing some lead pellets with airguns, maybe a walk or two.  I need to do some more cleaning and organizing in the shop.  Might even wash the car inside and out?  Sounds ambitious when I read it 😆😆😆

I go back to work tomorrow but I'll have a four day weekend this coming weekend starting on Friday.  We have a daughter turning 24 and I'll turn 51!!!

Yes.  My wife and I were just talking about that sort of thing the other day.  Life just keeps going.  It's a good reminder for me that I need to enjoy the journey and not keep looking for that next thing.

It's a whole new world now that I retired. We have no reason to know what day of the week it is. Except for Sunday.. that's when the trash has to go out for pickup on Monday. And as far as payday... it's only once a month now. All the bills get paid on payday so we don't need to worry about any stragglers not getting paid. We went from a weekly routine to a monthly routine.
