Got the Christmas tree up, fluffed and running. That's all the decorating I care to do and it looks really nice. I used to run lights everywhere in my younger days but after years of that I'm over it.

My decorating consists of a red shirt on Christmas... sometimes.
I might switch it up and do socks instead this year.

Betty Lou cracks me up.. when driving down the road she's always complaining that folks have their decorations up to early or leave them up too late.
We passed a house last week that had a large blow up Santa in the yard.
She said "Slow your roll fatboy, it ain't even Thanksgiving yet".

Good morning GTA! Happy Saturday! Up at 0515 CST. Having coffee waiting for Mom to get up. Then we’ll have more coffee. Then we’ll wait for the girls to get up & have breakfast. Hoping to get on the road by 0900, we’ll stop to see my Sister & BIL one more time. It’s supposed to rain all the way home, so I don’t want to visit too long. Hopefully, we’ll get home before dark. My wife wants to split driving duties, but if we don’t because of the weather, I’m fine with that.

I forget people live where things might kill you. In WI the only dangerous things are Beer and Creek Water.

Yesterday I decorated outdoors. It was 50 degrees and sunny and then I set up the tree inside.
 Today is Hoosier Momma's village... I loath that. 
She has about 100 buildings and then all the "accessories". It consumes the entire living room and cascades over down to the Family Room.

We had a sleepover and my two Grandsons, 5 and 7. So they will be outa here in a couple hours.

I should get some shooting time in the gallery.

Then once it warms some, I will again risk life and limb putting up Christmas lights...and clean the gutters.
But before that I will set up the tree so the wife can decorate.

Went to the barn and swapped trailers to the bigger one. Loaded up some lumber that will make shelving and work bench. Brought that to the Red Shed then began loading appliances for the dump. Wind break then back at it.

I went to sleep at 12:30 and woke at 4:30 for a bathroom break. I tried to go back to sleep until 6:00. NOPE but I did stay in bed almost until 6:00 staring at the clock for about the last 15 minutes, LOL.

It is in the lower to mid 30'°Fs in Hemet but my "back deck thermometer" says 49°F right now, so we are in the warm spot this morning.

I am not sure what all I will do today but I am starting off with coffee.

Yesterday I swapped my summer and winter closets so I have easier access to my long sleeve shirts, including my beloved flannel shirts. I also sorted out all my clothing drawers and put about a third aside to get rid of. I had about 8 pairs of pants that were/are still like new that I decided I probably won't fit into any time soon so I am letting them go. At this point in time I'll let someone else use them.

I am going to thin out my shoes too, I just have way to many. I think I have about 20 jackets and think I will get rid of about half of them? The jackets are tough to decide on since each one does has a specific use for conditions and places to wear them.

Bottom line is I have way too many clothes and likely still will after I thin them out. When my wife and I are going somewhere I let her get dressed first, and then I dress myself to match or at least not clash. I started doing that probably 30 years ago and for a long time she didn't know that I was doing it intentionally. When she said onetime how that we matched so good I told her why, she was surprised. I pay attention to details that a lot of others don't, it is just who I am, a part of my perfectionist tendencies that I can achieve. I do love things organized. 

I have my closets arranged by color, shade, style, and with matching hangers because I like the way it looks.
My wife just grabs any color hanger and just mixes the shirts randomly, like any sane person would, LOL.

I got a new keyboard and mouse yesterday for my desktop computer and a new blue carry case and color matched mouse for my new laptop. Not everything needs to match or be perfect, that's impossible for an imperfect soul as myself, but having some things that are, is nice. The color matching mouse is practical since it will be easier to know which mouse goes with which laptop.

Just incase anyone is wondering at this point I spend very little time in front of a mirror. I am what I am.

Some places are running the black Friday deals for a full week now... This year I think I am gonna do my shopping on and after Monday off Amazon for the majority.
