Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! Awake at 04-something, coffee by 0430. I did something to my right elbow yesterday. It’s hurts awful, but it’s on top by forearm, but seems it’s in the joint of my elbow. Oh well, it’s always something, but I don’t know what I did. I thought I would sleep it off, but no. Today I have a PM to do, inspect the heat & change filters. Nothing too hard to do. It’s supposed to get near 75*.

Good morning, I think I'll just take it easy and keep a close watch on my wife today too. 

Her cell phone was acting up so we need to get her a new one and transfer everything.

I took her Honda to the pharmacy in town last night and barely made it back home without a tow. I think a rodent has caused some damage so I will check it out. There was some strange dash light activity and the transmission was not shifting or staying in gear. It would drive and shift again when I shut it off and restarted the car though. I had to restart 3 times in 5 miles. It seems like a computer sensor/wire issue logically, without having looked it over or pulling codes.

I recently had an issue with my GMC sierra. I had an oil change and they didn't reset the oil change counter. The truck went into low power mode and I had to reset that counter to get it out.
In my case it was a matter of turning the key on until the instrument panel lit. Press the gas pedal to the floor 3 times and hold the 3rd until it gave me the 'reset' message. After that it was back to all good.
I don't know if this will help and you may need a different process with your vehicle. A simple google search should provide your correct reset process.

LOL.... my GMC is a 2003. It's nothing new. I knew they had that on the Corvette but I didn't know that it was common back then.
It may have been an added factory feature on this truck because it is loaded to the max. I mean, mutli cd changer, auto dimming headlights and the list goes on and on.

How could anyone want to have a added Feature (?) that could parcely disable your vehicle? I could see having a reminder for service but......

Good morning GTA! Happy Wednesday! Up at 0400 CT. I’m having my coffee, checking the weather for the day & GTA & such. I have my 0600 meeting and then another preventative maintenance job to do. Should be another nice day in the 70*s… it’s Hump-Day!

Beautiful day promised for today. Sunshine in upper 70's and low 80's. Matter of fact that's the forecast for the next 8 or so days.
Apparently I snorred Betty Lou off into the spare bedroom last night  Rambo and Boss woke her up at 5:30 to eat and go out. I heard the ruckus and got up to find her making coffee and the dogs eating. She went back to bed. I know her and she'll toss and turn and be back up in an hour or so.
No big plans for the day.. anything outdoors will do. I have some roots to dig out in the area we cleared in front of the house so I can plant some grass seed. Then we'll chose the next area to start working on. Killer's sister was deep into planting bushes and putting in river rock lined pathways and it was left unkept for years. I prefer things to be open and mower friendly. I also want to eliminate hiding spots for belly crawlers and such. We have a long ways to go but we have plenty of time to do it.

It was sad leaving Louisiana family and friends to come back home to Tennessee.  The drive back was very good for the most part.  The stretch on I-40 from Memphis to the I-840 turnoff was the only heavy traffic area we encountered.  Today, the plan is to rest and start sending out the 'Thank You' notes.

Good morning I had a Cardiologist appointment yesterday. I need to have bloodwork done (I am fasting) and my wife has a doctor appointment today so I will take her and get my blood drawn at the lab, it's about a block away. I did a quick glace at her car and couldn't see any rodent damage, so I have to find more time for that somehow.

Our weather is cooler with a couple chances of rain in the 10 day.

 Last night was the Mexican Fiesta in the plaza of our resort. They had it all decorated with Dozens of "stations" set up with a variety of the local foods to sample.
 Several entertainers that gave a show of Mayan culture and then the different types of dancing throughout the different regions of Mexico, and lastly an amazing Meriachi band.   Mas tequila and champagne.
  this morning up at the normal 05:30 and once the sun was up we went for our morning 2 mile beach walk. then breakfast. (yum)
 today's forecast is scattered storms and the clouds are moving in and I hear thunter in the distance. We will be wet in the pool anyway so as long as there is no lightening we may as well enjoy it.... OR lounge in the room.
Tonight is the Members Gala which is usually surf and turf with more entertainment.

Well I messed that plan up! I just got through grabbing and eating a Werther's Camel Apple Carmel my wife had sitting on the dresser. I guess I will have my coffee now  and make a special trip for the lab work another day .  Oh well, it's just 40 miles round trip, maybe I will just take a motorcycle ride to do it? But with the fasting it will have to be early before temps warm up.

Afternoon y'all.  8 a.m. staff affliction this morning.  Pros, They cater breakfast so someone will show up.  Cons, the caterer is awful.  Driving boats today.  Gorgeous day for it!
