Yeah. That reduced income has a big effect at first. Ya'll will adjust and overcome that.
In my case it means don't go somewhere if it's not needed. Saves on Gas.
More home cooking and less eating out. Do I really NEED that gizmo on Amazon? And on and on.
Being at home now? Started 3D printing for a few bucks here and there. Not a wind fall but makes money while I do other stuff.

You could always part time it. When I worked at home depot I used to *&^% around A LOT... I would have a tomer wave at me from a distance I would quicky look left then right and dash off. Then climb through the lumber racking and walk up behind them like that never happened.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! Up by 0400 CT. I’m having a 3rd coffee, just because I don’t feel like rolling yet. After this cup o’joe I’ll get moving. I’m going to yet another trouble site that I keep tag teaming with another tech and the fire alarm guys. Last time I was there I replaced our wires that were a potential problem. Last time the other tech was there the fire alarm guy admitted they had bad wires throughout the building. I hope we can solve this today.

WOW !!!  I haven't stayed in bed until 7am since.... heck, I don't even know the last time. And that is likely due to the fact that our bedroom is dark. If I see daylight or hear birds singing I have to be up and about for fear of missing something. I just finished my breakfast of 7 pills and enjoying my first 20oz. coffee before I head to the bar/mancave for more cleaning and organizing.
Betty Lou is working on a grocery list so I assume a store run is on the agenda.
BTW... I had to look at a calendar to see what day of the week it is....

Mornin y’all.  Been up since 7.  Doing hurricane prep.  Just a couple of things left.  Gotta fill up the memsahib’s car and get the pontoon boat out of the water. Then we’re good.  Hope to kick back and take it easy tomorrow.

We’ll see what Mother Nature wants to do.

I stayed in bed with my wife until seven (nice to have her home). Now we have to prepare some "big items" for the trash to pickup tomorrow. There are three mattresses and we have to cover them in plastic for them to pick up. I already have the plastic or I would just haul them to the dump myself. There is an old refrigerated drinking fountain that stands on the floor (we can't use it because of handicap laws they must be wall mounted). There is a sofa and (love seat with built in recliners) that was in the back of the Ford F250 I sold to pick-a-part. It all has to be put by the road. Basically it is going to be a bit more work (covering the mattresses) than just taking it all to the dump but it's free and I would have to pay to dump it including 8-9 gallons of gas in my '69 GMC for trip there and then back home. I would have to make two trips in my pickup because I have a tool box in the bed, so the cost would be about $100 total, I like the free pick up option better. The plastic is at the house in town so my wife went to get it and some tape. I hope she gets back soon it is suppose to get to 103°F today, so it will be nice if we can get it done before it gets blazing hot!

 I don't like the idea of having to put all the garbage by the road a day early but it has to be out by 6 AM tomorrow so it will be easier to just do it today since I need some help with it.

I am wondering what your elevation is, I am sure it isn't too much since the highest spot in Florida is 345ft above sea level.
