I have several advantages at my permissions.  One of the advantages is Grey Squirrels and Eastern Fox Squirrels.  But the owners also have a produce business at the main farm.  They sell many fresh and canned fruits and vegetables.  One of the fresh fruits is Peaches - probably the best I have ever eaten.  Ouuu, sooo good!  I may try to get over there today and buy a basket of Peaches.

Betty Lou and I took a Sunday morning ride to Andalusia Al. just for gits and shiggles. Out of the corner of my eye I spotted a familiar yard sign.... Gun Show.
Sure enough, the gun show was in town at the Kiwanis Sport Center.
After stopping for breakfast we made our way to the Gun Show.
And as usual, it was 99.9% power burners and knives. One table had 2 airguns, a Crosman 13xx pistol (the newer one) with a Crosman skeleton stock for $157     ans some Gamo break barrel with a bundled Gamo scope $150.. again.. 
I did spot a couple random tins of .22 H&N pellets for $10 so I grabbed those up. We were about to leave and I saw a Kolpin atv mounted rifle case. The tag said $25. I had $22 cash in my pocket and made the offer... it came home with us. I looked it up and they sell for $109.  SCORE !!

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a good weekend. Up at 0445 CT. I’m having coffee and perusing the GTA before I get moving. This morning I have to meet an electrician at a job that has had electrical issues feeding the a/c units.

I stayed in bed until 6:15?ish but I had been awake for an hour before I was ready to get out of bed. A grandson is suppose to show up to help with cementing a couple of posts and replacing the old plumbing for the well. Some of the pipes are as old as 40 or 41 years and think it is time to replace them before there are problems with them. We probably will get distracted and not get it all done today.

 He also has a wife that is due about any moment now? She is planning a home birth, but that is what she said last time until she was in labor. I do have 4 grandkids that home birthed. In my opinion the vast majority of times it will be fine, but the risk is still to big not to be in a facility that is prepared for complications, but what do I know.

 I know I would have likely lost my second child at birth if we were doing it at home because there because it was a new complication for the OB Doc that had delivered almost 500 babies before that. Her cord was wrapped around her neck twice, twisted three times and had her chocked off pretty well. He had to cut the cord into three pieces to get it off her neck. Amazingly she was perfectly fine after they got her breathing, which seemed to take too long. I was in the delivery room for all three of mine and still remember so vividly when the doc said "Huh! I never have seen this before", NOT what any parent wants to hear! LOL

Yeah,  we're up.  It's finally raining in east Texas.  We've yet to get the 7+ inches that DFW has reported but some is better than none.  My spoons  are in a shade that's too dark to see so, I reckon there won't be much shooting today?  We need the rain more than the shooting.

We have some items to return to Amazon.  I'll print some return labels, Martha is a better packer and we'll take 'em to our local shipper.  Heck, we may even go by DQ for a milk shake while we're out?

Got to go clean up the mess the clouds dumped on us last night. Got an inch of rain in about a half hour and the wife and I had to go out in it to do some trenching to keep it out of the house and garage. Luckily the ground was soft so digging wasn't too bad but maybe because the ground was so saturated that we had the run off problem to begin with.

Got up at 4am like I do every week day made my way to work. Then pretriped my truck loaded explosives and started the 2+ hour drive to the quarry I'm blasting at today. Took this earlier and the sun still hasn't shown it's self yet.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! Up at 0430 CT. Having my second coffee and getting ready to head out to work. An hour ride south for air conditioners leaking from the roof. The office gave me a heads up yesterday there’s stuff going on down there, so I’ll be busy that way for a bit, I guess. We have a new guy starting from the Ft Smith area this week, I hope he sticks around.

Good morning GTA!  I woke wide awake at 3:47, I tried to go back to sleep but was not sleepy at all. Around 4:30 I woke my wife up, I got up at 5:30 but she went back to sleep as/after I got out of bed. I got my Coffee and jumped on here. It is 72°F out and forecast to hit 103°F today.

Tomorrow there is a 34% chance of getting up to .01" of rain. If it happens to rain when I blink, I will miss it.

Mornin y’all.  Stuck in the penalty box today.  Should be a nice slow day now that the kids have gone back to school.  I’ll probably just sit and draw most of the day.

My Judy's car got washed while it was still cool.  I also pulled the mats out and scrubbed them before vacuuming the carpets underneath.   After I had finished that, I took it to a new place for an oil and filter change.  The guy gave me two 50% OFF coupons and told me they will be open tomorrow.  The parking lot was getting the finished surface today.   
Later on, I have a serious nap planned.

Good afternoon GTA!  I woke up at 0400 CT, I tried to go back to sleep but I could tell that wasn't happening. Around 4:30 I came into the den, made a cup of coffee. I went outside and tinkered a bit till my wife woke up at 0530.  After breakfast Amazon delivered my six anti-scalp wheels for my mower deck. I swapped those out then made a few more spinners. It has been raining all day.

I discovered smelly mold on my pipe insulation so I sprayed a scentless mold killing cleaner that my ac installer gave to me then wiped it all clean and dried it with a portable fan. You have a scentless mold cleaner you're happy with? Only other thing I know of is vinegar which stinks to me.

If you thing the 5% is bad try 30-60%+ it gets on your face you wont be able to breathe its worse if you have a beard... I need to get some, we dilute it 50/50 at work and its still over 30%, My shower leaks and leaves the stall with a heavy coating of rust and lime build up. One way to look at it an be lazy is that you cant slip because its like standing on sand paper.

Good morning GTA! Happy Wednesday, it’s Hump-Day! Though, I am on call this weekend. Up at 0400 CT. I have my 0600 meeting, then an hour & a half ride south to look at some air conditioners. They said after a recent storm they heard a boom, and no air since. It’s a new site, less than a year old. No one’s worked on their air yet.

And Good morning GTA! My feet hit the floor at 0430 CT this morning. And YES another rainy day, this Wednesday. I can't remember the last day it didn't rain. I really need to cut some grass.

I called our divorcee friend and asked her about her yard and she said I would need pontoons on my mower if I came today.

Well there is 80% chance of heavy thunderstorms today and 70% tomorrow, 60% Friday.  Saturday has the lowest chance only 30% but after that the forecast shows rain ALL next week.
