Oh well "up and at 'em" I guess.
I need to mow the front yard once the dew bakes off.... should run the weed eater too...truck needs a slow leak in the right front tire found and plugged
BUT... Wonder if the fish are biting?

Good morning GTA!! Up at 0415 CT, foggy and the air is thick. I'm about to start on my yard.  I cut over 5 acres with my 60" zero turn, it usually takes 5 or 6 hours including the trimming.   I prefer to start around 7am. to beat with heat and humidity but today at 0645 and it's hard to breathe not going to be fun.

Good morning GTA! Happy Saturday! The grandsons are over & my wife kept me up last night, so I slept in until 0630. I’m having coffee and about to vacuum the pool. After that, I’m going to mount my mower lights & then sharpen blades. My wife needs to go into town for a dress she’s looking for, for tomorrow. I’ll have all 3 kids for a bit, but later on I’ve got the Barn Meeting.

I cut four of my five acres yard this morning. I noticed that two of the three idlers on my mower deck were whining so I didn't cut the other acre. I have sharp blades on my 60" zero turn and I was finished with the 4 acres in 3-1/2 hours. I think I would have finished in 3 hours but my grass was high in some spots due to all the rain so I went over a couple of areas twice to mulch the clippings.

I've ordered the three idlers and they should be here early next week. Last year I replaced one spindle and the bearings in the other two.  I should have replaced the idler pulleys then.

Good morning GTA! Happy Sunday! Slept in until 0630. Yesterday didn’t go according to plan at all… After my wife went into town I was about to pull the mower out to get set on installing my lights and I got a call from my Uncle Zeke, that he was in the area coming to visit. I haven’t seen him in over 12 years, since we moved to Arkansas. So I took the grandsons & Ayrabella out to the pool until my Uncle showed up. We had a real good time catching up, the grandsons went home and my Uncle stayed the night. This morning we’ll all go to Church and then visit at my house some more before my Uncle heads out to visit more friends & family. An incredible surprise this weekend, it’s been so good.

 Going on 3 weeks now mow, been dry and no grow up to now, so with any luck things will dry out this afternoon so I can even out the lawn.

 Going out for brunch first

 Have some airgun task to do such as topping off my portable HPA bottles, and blasting some more .30 cal. lead out of my AEA Challenger while testing the new Hammer spring adjuster that Shorty has developed.

I am feeling sleepy despite that fact I drank a whole pot of coffee this morning.   
The idea of a nap sounds like it would be great, but reclining after eating can be very problematic for me!

Good morning GTA! It's a glorious Sunday morning!  Up at 0430 CT. Breakfast, coffee, then out to the garage where I've set up to fabricate some new spinners.

We streamed Worship service today and ZOOMED our Bible Fellowship class.

I've been experimenting with different jigs to be able to duplicate the bends so I can create spinners quickly,  last night I finally figured it out.  So I was super excited this morning and went out before daylight to make some.

I know your pain. I've been dealing with that for over 50 years. I'll be sound asleep and my stomach will just push a lot of my stomach content up into my throat. I know if I didn't wake right up I never would. What a way to go,drown in my own puke 🤮. LoL

I got about 35 minute nap in my recliner and had more coffee, I rarely drink as much coffee as I did today. I am tried now so headed to bed. I think I will sleep as well as I ever do tonight despite my extra caffeine intake today.  We'll see... Good night All!

Good morning GTA! Another hot Monday!  Up at 0345 CT.  After my quiet time I'm going to quietly fix myself some breakfast and coffee. I want to go out into the garage where I've set up a workbench. I've been renovating another of my spinner racks with new spinners. I was hoping to finish it today but I need a few supplies from Lowe's before that can happen.   They are looking much more uniform and professional. I'm adding some smaller diameter spinners so as to increase the challenge.  My plans are to eventually renovate the other two as well.

It was so hot yesterday, by 10am the heat index was at 101° with no breeze. It was so unpleasant outside after Ch**ch that I stayed inside mostly.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday! Up at 0530 CT. I had such a good weekend, but didn’t get any mowing done and didn’t get to mount my lights either. It’s supposed to be hot here today & tomorrow as well. I’m hoping I can get the mowing done after work today, tomorrow the latest. It looks like we may get some rain after that. I’m having my coffee and I’ll get rolling out to work.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! Been awake off & on since 0500, got out of bed at 0630. I’m having coffee and I’ve got to get rolling to work. I have my Orthopedic appointment at 1530. FedEx failed to drop off my ex ray & MRI images though, they left a sticker on my door when my wife went to the open house at Ayrabella’s school last night. If I can’t get ahold of the images I might reschedule, though I really don’t want to have t do that.

Good morning GTA! YES it's a Happy Tuesday! Got up at 0500 CT this morning, felt like I had slept in, LOL . I’m having my 3rd cup of 100$ Columbian coffee.

I guess I'll get back to work on my spinner making.

  Sunday night to Monday morning I slept pretty well, best in a long time actually. Maybe I should increase how much coffee I drink on a regular basis.
I know that doesn't make sense. 

  Yesterday we split the dog kennel that is on the back deck in the shade and fixed it up one side to hold cats and 3 kittens. We had agreed to keep A cat until a grandson gets his own place and then it had kittens .

  The kittens are real cute but my allergies got real bad with 5 cats in the house, (my wife had a cat already) so out they went. Also they were keeping the main bathroom dirty with some litter getting on the floor and some cat hair floating around. I never use that bathroom, but we are going to have some guests for three about weeks and it couldn't remain the cats room any longer.

We had to attached small mesh to the chain link and put a top panel so the cats can't not climb or jump out and predators can't get to them. Now they are safe and sound and out of the house.

The wife's cat is now an outside cat too, YES! It has to go in to eat and be safe at night.

My allergies are a lot better this morning.

 I got new 2 gallon sprayers one for herbicide and one for insecticides set up this morning before it got too hot out.
 I need to spray insecticides around all the buildings and in the sheds early tomorrow while it is not too hot. 

  The cool of the morning does not last too long, so I will get an early start. We are running about 4-5 degrees less than Palm Springs. Triple Digits this week. 104°-108°F at my place

I decided to not wait but start on the insecticide, I sprayed almost a gallon of Home Defense insecticide. It's mostly the spiders I am going for, we have more than I have ever seen currently. I mostly finished the back of the house, lawn equipment, and my carports out back. I'll do the sides, front of the house and sheds tomorrow morning, and the ant hills, it's up to 97°F now. Time to stay inside and cool down before lunch.

With my back problems bending to pull weeds is simply not something I can do.

The herbicide is just for sidewalk and parking lot crack weeds here and for the painted rock lawn weeds at my place in town.

Good morning GTA! Happy Wednesday! Up at 0430 CT and it’s thunderstorm’ing. It’s only supposed to be in the mid 70*s today. Yesterday’s Ortho appointment went well, I’m going in for a steroid injection in my back in a couple weeks. I’ve got my Wednesday morning meeting at 0600 and a dental appointment at 1000 hrs, I’ll go into work after that.
