I got up at 0400 CT this morning and I knew right off that I was feeling 100% better.  I went over early to my son's to borrow his trailer. He had a flat fixed on one of the tires yesterday and I put the tire back on his trailer this morning then hooked it up to my truck.  My trailer has something on it and it was too heavy for me to unload it by myself. 

I loaded my Zero turn and trimmer and headed off to cut the yard I cut for hire then down to my younger daughter's to cut her yard. I made it back a little after noon.

I know that lake monster you speak of. I lived in the Adirondacks, Bolton Landing specifically. But I loved the fishing up there.

Good morning GTA! Happy Thursday! Up at 0515 CT. I’m having my second cup of coffee right now and I need to get my van’s oil changed on my way into work. I have a freezer or cooler that’s down after that. Later, this afternoon I have another doctor’s appointment for pain management until I get to see the orthopedic doctor in a couple weeks. It’s only supposed to get to 92*, down 10* from yesterday, even though we haven’t gotten any rain yet.

Good morning GTA! Happy Friday!!! It was thundering and lightning when I went to bed last night, got up at 0500 this morning and it’s still raining. It’s supposed to keep on coming through Sunday… bring it on, I say! I’ve heard about the flooding back east, but we haven’t had much rain since I don’t know when. I’ve got to get rolling out to work, chiropractor first, of course. I finally have all I need to mount my mower lights how I want. I’m on call this week, but if the calls slow down due to the cooler temperatures, I plan to get them mounted tonight or over the weekend. My grass is turning green again as I type.

Good Morning. I gave up at 6:00 today. It is suppose to get to the mid 90's today. The next two days there is a chance of thunderstorms. We always need all the rain we can get, so I won't complain about it, but I thought I mowed for the last time until fall/winter, maybe not. If we get all .05" worth it will be enough to grow some weeds.

Just woke up at 0630.  Water is getting hot for coffee as I type. Hope to chill some before I head into work this afternoon.  Work tonight and then a double tomorrow so my next time off isn't until Sunday.  Been in the 90s here.  Just a few more days of that then it cools down.  Things are getting dry.  Happy Friday folks!

Yesterday I began feeling poorly and this morning even worse.
I began taking 2 new meds 2 days ago and the reported side affects describe how I feel.
However, it's the same symptoms as C19. I took a home test this morning and it came up negative.
I put on a mask and came to work. I waited for the doctor's office to open and called them.
They said that they use the same rapid test as I have at home but, I may have taken the test too soon.
She also said that she suspects side effects from the meds (type 2 diabetes and cholesterol meds along with the BP meds I normally take).
She made an appointment for Monday morning. If I feel better we will cancel and if not we will test.

I have started and stopped these meds a couple times in the past due to the way they made me feel.
My A1C is now 10 so I am committed to taking these meds and getting things under control.
We are drastically changing our diet and adding exorcize. 3 laps around the 5 acre perimeter with the dogs twice a day to begin with. Once I get that routine down I will add laps around the plant during the work day.
My insurance company says I have to take the pill form for two weeks before they will cover the once weekly injection.

It's overcast as it has been all week and will be at least until next Thursday. Highs are suppose to be 82 to 85. Trying to figure out if I'll be able to get out to the pavement. 5.5 miles of unmaintained dirt road and it's been raining every day for the last week. The soil is clay so even with my mudder tires as soon  as I roll a couple of feet my tires are now slicks.🤔 I know it's like being a drifter.

I’m sorry to hear so many of us are feeling bad or having a hard time. I hope & pray we all get to feeling better, experience better circumstances, enjoy better weather… and get back to shooting airguns at ridiculous distances with clover leaf shot groups.

Across my back fence, I look out across a detention pond.  Until this morning, it has been mostly DRY for the past couple of months.  But right now it has water from one end to the other and side to side.  We really did need this gentle rain and cooler weather.  Just something else to thank Him for.

That happens where I live alot. If it’s a 50% chance of rain or less, it usually comes for us and then goes south or north of my house. Today it’s raining harder at my house than at work, which I’m grateful for. For a bit of my sophomore year of high school I lived in Florida with my mom and my grandparents lived directly across the street. We got rain almost daily. The sun could be shining on one house or the other and a downpour on the other house. It was pretty comical.

Good morning GTA! Happy Friday!!!  Up at 0430 CT on my Z-Turn at 0630 and finished cutting my 5 acres at 1015 CT. Wow, under 4 hours, it is amazing how much difference sharp blades make.  I was like a bumblebee mowing cutting one section then moving across the yard to another then back. I was cutting all the areas where the sunshine hits first, then I moved to the partly shaded areas then finally to the completely shaded area. Had my coffee onboard and ear plugs  there was a  nice early morning breeze. I didn't even break a sweat.

Sorry to hear the woes guys: health issues, pain, drought, flooding, heat, and all that stuff.

It was supposed to start raining here this morning at 11am. I just checked the local weather and now they're saying 1pm.

We'll see, afternoon thunder storms are always possible around here in the dog days of summer.

Well, made it out and back and only used 2 wheel drive the whole way. It was sloppy in a few places and if I didn't have 4 full sandbags I probably would have had to go into 4x4.

Currently it is 95.5°F and only 20% humidity the lowest humidity it will be for a few days so I took my AV Compressor out on the back deck and filled my 4500 PSI tank so I will be ready as I need it. Because we use the evaporative cooler the house humidity is always higher than outside, 54% currently. I have/keep the compressor on a piano dolly and have a rope handle on it so it is easy to pull around. I did some outside work this morning when it was below 80°F.

I will be making my home-made gun vise tomorrow. All components on hand and wood cut to length.
Assembly required with screws and glue. When I get 20 posts I will get some pictures posted.

Good morning GTA! Happy Saturday! I stayed up late last night watching movies with my wife. I slept in until 0730, and slept some more until 0830… when I got a call to roll out to see a cooler freezing over. I’m headed to work on this cool, rainy day.
