I got my doctor to give me a letter to release me back to full duty, no restrictions. Corporate was happy. And I’m going to do whatever I have to do. Whatever that means. I’ll go in to work tomorrow and… starting tomorrow whatever call they throw at me, no complaints. Of course, I still have some more doctor appointments coming up by referral. I’ll handle those as I get to them.

John do you have good pain meds? That is what gets me through during painful days(ultram for me), plus turmeric and cbd oil. IGF-1 helps with faster recovery too so less pain and stiffness with it also. https://www.nutronicslabs.com/

If you just take advil ect then take it with fish oil as it helps to amplify the effects somehow although I can't remember how so at the moment but maybe someone here remembers.

I’ve got good pain meds & muscle relaxers, Gil. It should carry me until we start the epidural steroids. I’m getting stronger everyday, though. First thing in the morning I’m downing an Emergency-C, vitamin C with zinc. Then I refill the glass with cold water and I pound that down with a banana. Then I down a glass of V8 topped with black pepper. Then I have my 2 black coffees. Believe it or not, this was nearly the same regimen I did years ago in the Army before PT and it works wonders for me. Back then I didn’t have Emergency-C… I did orange juice with a banana, 2 Motrin 800 mg and a zinc tablet and the V8. Back then after PT, I went to the gym for an hour for strength training and then breakfast. I’ll get there, I never should’ve stopped. I stay hydrated all day- water, Gatorade & Squenchers, and I’m eating better. The pool helps a lot too.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! Up at 0440 CT. This morning I might go get a haircut on the way in to work. I have an hour ride north and 4 air conditioners not working. Who knows what I’ll find? But, they say the control panel is a blank screen. I’m sure I’ll have to do something for each unit to run right, but I may also have to do something to control each unit temporarily if the energy management system is down. My barber opens at 0600 hrs. 
My second closest help in my area got fired yesterday for going looney tunes one too many times in front of the store personnel, site managers and customers. Oh well, I could use the hours I guess: I’ve got bills to pay & I have too many airguns on my wishlist.

Good morning GTA! Happy Wednesday, it’s Hump-Day!!! Up at 0400 CT… Then went back to bed for what I thought would be 15 more minutes or so- got up at 0600. Oh well, I guess I needed it. Today I have a brand new site, with no equipment on our equipment list, there are a couple undercounter coolers not working. The equipment is new, so I should be able to get them running. After they’re figured out, I’ll have to go through everything they have- a/c, refrigeration, ice machine, etc. and get data on them for a complete site audit/equipment list. Should be a good day.

You got that right! I limit my use of them but glad to have them when I need them.

If so he'd be able to tear into em the next day maybe. They cook tender juicy ribs and have good sides, beans ect.

Thanks y'all.  The Dr. and nurses said the procedure went well and sent us home after a few hours with the order not to drive for three days and that's okay.  It's too hot and humid to go beyond the patio and my morning spinner spoons.

Good morning GTA! Happy Thursday! Up at 0500 CT. I’m having my coffee and browsing the GTA. This morning I’ll be headed an hour north to look at 3 air conditioners that I thought were taken care of. I had asked for a follow up visit because they had electrical issues. I was told my boss and the new guy already checked it out. Oh well, we’ll see.
