Apparently we are not the only ones that suffered the storm damage. They couldn't give me a window of arrival because they are so busy. Best they can do is have the service tech call me 20 minutes before he arrives. In that 20 minutes I need to go home (3 miles from work), open the gates and put the dogs up.

He said he had one more job before he was done for the day.
