HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

Taking my Mom to brunch at her favorit place after church.
 This one will be kinda hard on Hoosier Momma because this is the first one since her Mother passed away.
Two daughters are taking her to church and then to the "Outlet Mall" shopping a gazillion stores.

Then, I am going to the campground and get training on cleaning the bathrooms and showers on Sundays after check out.
All in preperation for becomeing the next "Campground Host" here soon.

Good morning GTA! Happy Sunday! Up at 0430 CT. I’m on call, but haven’t gotten any calls, yet. I’m planning on mowing when the sun comes up. With everything that’s been going on, the lawn’s gotten pretty bad. My wife’s going to Ch**ch, I’ll watch it later online. For Mother’s Day, my wife wants snack food and watch the NASCAR race. So that’ll probably be our day. At some point, I’ll call my Mom, of course.

We tried a "new to us" Restaurant today   and give it 5 stars! lol

 Because of the holiday we had to make reservations last night, and breakfast was already booked solid so we did lunch.

You're welcome. How's your girl handling losing both of her dogs she's always known? Sure it must be hard for her. Knowing little kids she'll likely be begging for more critters of any kind to love soon.

She’s handling it much better than my wife & I. I’m sure she will be fine, and you are probably right about the critters. But fortunately, she’s got the neighbor’s cows & chickens and their dog Ellie. Ayrabella got to see Ellie Saturday morning, that was good.

Mine says the same thing. I normally follow it up with a sly reply I do not wish to post. So mothers car is in the shop and not one kid showed up with the grandkids to wish her happy mothers day. Heck the boy didn't even call. She hides it well or just doesn't care. Makes me so angry at them. Wonder how they would like it if we stopped showing up with a truck load of presents for Christmas one year. But then we do that for the grandkids so. Hope you all enjoyed the day. I spent mine doing something I hate and didn't want to do, but mother did so well you know we did it with bells on.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday, still grinding… good thing I had no plans yesterday- I wound up working 15+ hours yesterday. I did mow the backyard, but that was it. Got home after 2300, this morning got up at 0500 and I have to meet the fire panel guy at a job in Ft Smith at 0830. Summer’s here, no rest for the weary, I guess. Hopefully, I could get home at a decent hour and mow the rest, otherwise it will have to wait until next weekend.

Good morning GTA! I got up at 0445 CDT this morning. I need mow either today or tomorrow, I have to pick up the limbs again.

On going renovation project at my younger daughter's house. If my daughter decided on a shower and vanity faucet I'll order that today. My son had some tile left over so I need to see if my daughter likes it before I place an order for the tile she picked out.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday!!! Up at 0450 CT. Getting ready for my second cup of coffee, then I’ve got to get ready to go down the road. We’re getting swamped at work. I warned the office this was coming. But my new dispatcher was my old dispatcher when we were out of the Dallas office. My service manager might not make it through the summer, but my dispatcher needs should get better. 

First job is going to be this place that I cleaned up last September… sure hope it still looks good, because I’m not landscaping to do my HVAC job any more:

This reminded me of Cal Worthington Dodge's TV commercials  where he always said...

 "I'll  stand on my head til my ears turn red to make you a deal".

I need to put all new belts, hoses, tires and anything else it needs on the 1972 Chevy pick-up So it is ready to go to Missouri, where it will be my Son's Truck sometime soon. 

My dad gave it to me to give to him and he has never had time yet to come get it but it needs to make the trip ( It has very low miles on it) I am going to make sure it is road worthy after sitting the last five or more years.

His plan is to take the camper off and let his youngest daughter to drive it to school next year. That was her idea and she ask, and he said OK. 

Our washing machine went out, so I need to fix that too, but I will swap it with the old one that I fixed after we got the new one, for now.

I think the truck will be leaving in about a month, but I want to start driving it for a little while first before it goes on that 1600 mile trip.
