Cheers to your health, Brother Dan!!! I’ve got about 6 pounds to loose to be where I want to be. 191 is where I’m stuck. I have the same problem with food, I like it a bit too much. But the excess is gonna kill us. The more pain I live with the less I want to participate in extra curricular physical fitness. I always got enough at work. But this weekend the time has come for me to start doing a little more physical fitness before work and eating a little more healthy. Congratulations to you and your progress!
Happy Friday morning GTA! Up at 0420 CDT. I've got to load up my mower this morning and drive south 10 miles and cut my daughter's yard then travel north 21 miles from her house to cut the yard I get paid to cut. Then back south 11 miles back to my house. I sharpened 2 set of blades yesterday, one that was on the mower and one of the other spare sets.Great news!!!I weighed 199 this morning, I finally broke 200. Blood pressure was 114/65 & pulse 43. I'm gradually getting my health back in order after a few years of.... well, gluttony. I guess that is the best word for it. I love food, and it seems I really like food that's not that great for you, certainly not the quantities I would eat. Speaking of eating I need to get out of my chair and make me some breakfast.

Congratulations Dan, I have been stuck over 210 for several years, between 210-216 lately. My waist size is a 38" now down from 40". I have been a lot more active the last six months, feel stronger, and eat a small fraction of what I used to eat and try to eat healthier choices but easily get sucked in by the good stuff. I just eat two meals a day now. I think giving up Coffee Mate creamers is what I need to do, BUT I DON'T WANT TO! LOLI have an check up appointment with my cardiologist this morning I think he will be pleased because I weigh a little less than I did six months ago and have less fat.
