Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday!!! Up at 0445 CT. We finished that big job yesterday and they didn’t put a job on me for today. So I’ll have to call the office at 0800. I put Ayrabella on the bus and I’m having one more cup of coffee.

Good morning GTA! Woke up at 0430 CDT but fell back asleep. Up at 0515, yep I slept in this sunny Tuesday!!! I went with my wife to Dollar General at 0800, she needed to buy a few greeting cards and a Chick-fil-A gift card for a friend's birthday. When we got home I washed my pickup. While she is at her friend's birthday luncheon I'm grilling a burger for my lunch. After I eat I'll shoot an airgun, just not sure which one yet.

I wound up getting a call to go replace a compressor in a cooler. Just got here and getting started, I’ll have a 2 hour ride home when I get done.

Yeah but it ain't so bad today.  It's a slow day if I've got time to post on GTA.  I found an awesome coffee table book at the library.  An illustrated encyclopedia of river gunboats by Roger Branfill-Cook.  Talk about a cool guy read!  So I'm good!

Good morning GTA! Happy Wednesday, it’s Hump Day!!! Up at 0400 CT. My meeting this morning was canceled, our host is traveling. I’m at work, a service call for a cooler that doesn’t exist. I’ll gather all the model and serial numbers and head to my next call. An ice machine that won’t drop ice, not sure how bad that’s going to be til I get there.

I slept almost 5 1/2 hours last night. Since it rained Monday most of the day I think I need to mow some weeds now too. It will be nice to have the moisture to keep the dust down while mowing down the weeds. I better get after it....

Not today but yesterday. Burned 2 of my burn pits where branches and? get disposed of. It was raining/snowing most of the day. Do you know how hard it is to get tree trimmings to light on fire in those conditions? I went through 4 gallons of diesel and 2 gallons of gasoline to get them lite. Darn diesel wouldn't even light.

Need to rush home after work and prep for that monster that will blow though here overnight tonight.
Move everything out from under the trees and out of harms way. I already put the RV back in the barn so it's all good.
It will surely be a restless night for me and Rambo. I'll keep watch and he don't like storms. He spent the first year and a half of his life in the wild and defending himself from them. This is why he don't like the washing machine, gun shots or thunder. I tease him about it but it's really hard to watch him cower. This is also why he don't trust outsiders.

Yep, Flash will start getting nervous about 20 minutes before the thunder storms get here.  Thunder storms make the poor dog almost frantic.  I figure he will tell us when a twister is headed our way.  I hope I don’t get to find out though.

Good morning GTA! Happy Thursday!!! I hope it’s a good day for all and everyone got through the weather. It’s cold here again, 33* this morning. We had a small tornado not far from here cause some damage yesterday morning, but we’re alright. I didn’t even figure it out until I got home last night when my mom called to check on us, it was a few towns over. After coffee, I’ll head to work. I have a walk-in freezer that needs door gaskets and a new door handle installed.
