Good morning GTA! Happy Friday! Up at 0430 CT. Yesterday I didn’t get any scrap work done. I had to go to work, which wasn’t bad at all. I did, however, get my trailer emptied after that. I had to go to Tulsa to pickup a piece of equipment for a changeout scheduled for next week. I also got my “10 year” watch… a pretty nice one. 
This morning I need to go visit the chiropractor, then stop by Firestone. My battery in my van hasn’t been acting too good these past couple days. Probably just have it replaced.
It’s been raining off & on pretty hard this morning & supposed to rain all day into early tomorrow morning. Not sure what the day holds for me after all that.

P.S- while I’m out, I’ll stop by the jewelers and have a link or 2 taken out of my watch-band so it fits.

Good morning GTA!!! Up at 0427 CT. I’m having coffee and the rain has pretty much stopped. My wife & I are supposed to go have breakfast at the Church at 0800 and then help setup “Christmas at the Mill”. It’s a free, wide open Christmas event for the community- a live nativity and the story of Jesus drama, pony rides, petting zoo, live music, photo booth, refreshments and sweets/pastries & build your own ornaments… it’s going to be a long day, but it’s a lot of fun.

Morning...
Woke up at 3:30... sweating like a pig...     Put the coffee on and grabbed a shower whilst it was brewin'.
Betty Lou and the dogs got up about an hour later.
Me and Boss headed for the mancave and Rambo stayed in the house with Betty Lou.... Nancy boy.   
I started unpacking totes whilst she sniffed around for mice and lizards. I've been productive and she came up empty.
As expected, I found stuff I forgot I had. Some good, some, not so much. I found a boatload of power cords that I have no clue what the go too... but that's how I get so many... afraid to toss them because I don't know what they go to and my luck, I'll toss one I need.
Anyways... the plan is to go through the rest of the totes and separate the stuff that stays here, goes to the tool shed, the house and the utility room. Oh, and the trash.
I set up a makeshift work bench in a nook in the mancave but, it's filling up fast.
I want to bring the older Vevor (YH) compressor down here and use it to fill guns. The new YH will stay in the utility room and I'll fill my 30 and 60 min. scba tanks with it. I bought the 3 years Walmart extended warranty so if filling tanks kills it, I'm covered. I've topped the 30 min tank off from 3k to 4200ish around 6 or 7 times and it worked flawlessly. I take the tank up into the elevated hide to shoot from there.

10 miles on the Expresso bike @ the Wellness Center when they open @ 0800. **Nebraska vs Wisconsin** for the NCAA Women Volleyball National Championship game at 1800. Will be attending a wild game pot luck gathering requiring Husker Bling from head to toe. Seeing friends who only come back to the Sandhills for Christmas.    Gonna be a good day regardless of this evenings outcome.    Even the hardcore fanatics like myself never thought the Lady Huskers would get this far.

Those old adapters seem to multiply long after the associated things they powered are forgotten. It reminded me of this funny. I wish manufactures would mold the name of the product into the adapter.

On call inside the health system, the worst kind of on call. Monoclonal antibody infusion FEMA tent is up inside, the National Guard is helping so we have plenty of help managing SARS-CoV-2 treatment. No need for me here, I think I need to shoot a card for the 10y competition...

I have to drop my wife off at Church early for worship practice, then get the girls ready and head back to Church. It’s not going to warm up much, maybe 43*. But I’d like to shoot some airguns later on when it peaks. I’m thinking I’d like to shoot the FWB Sport some today from the bench.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday! Up at 0400 CT, having coffee. I’ve got to get down the road about 0500-0530 hrs. Changing out a rooftop condensor for a walk in cooler, crane is supposed to be there at 0900. I have a local guy to the site helping me and I’m going to hand it off to him about 1230, I have a dental appointment at 1400 hrs.

Another Monday morning- start work in an hour, been up about 90 minutes and saw Sonja off to work after fixing her coffee.

I perused the 9mm NSAs and will be ordering some at some point.  Otherwise, pondering some of life's tough choices, such as flat irons or a smoked pork shoulder for tomorrow.  After all, it is the Winter Solstice.  Other tough choices: do I feel like dragging out the table saw and cutting up some more trim for our kitchen remodel despite the 28* outside temperature?  And do I want to eat the left over cinnamon roll? 

Perhaps I'll contemplate the merits of the CBD-enhanced shortbread.

4 days until Winter shutdown... 10 days off paid.
I just saw the 8 day weather forecast and it reads that the first 4 days, at least, promises to be sunny and in the mid 70's. What's not to love about that?
