Betty Lou said we lost power for about 10 minutes yesterday while I was at work. Just long enough to have to reset all the clocks.

Pick the last of my pears off the tree, half of them were blown off yesterday. Total rain fall was 5" inches, the worst of the rain was west of me, Lynne Haven and Panama City took the brunt of the rain. No travel today due to flash flooding in the area, a lot of places are still plugged up with storm debris from Michael and the water has nowhere to go. Just another day in paradise. Lol... Ya, paradise... Right up to ll your reminded your in R.E.A, co-op's flimsy power grid.. lol. I swear these cats have more outages in a week then most have in a year.So power out stuff is the inconvenience at the moment.I'm above PC and rain was spotty . I got plenty but like a few miles away got far more. Then it Rains here about everyday late afternoon so so levels were full to start , I need to check the driveway bridge , I'm sure it's over the road some , but it's not like I got to go out anytime soon anyway.Well I hear backup beepers now . Maybe its wfe trucks / crew pretending to do somthing? Oh well, guess these lol boil up another pot of campfire coffee and do some shooting to kill off time.

Humidity on the rise.... it's gonna be ugly by the weekend. Good thing I have some indoor projects to start at the new place. The a/c works real good. A big window unit in the living room and a smaller one in the master bedroom. They are both auto climate control... set it and forget it.
The tree I am dealing with is a lightning killed tree that some how survived messy Michael but decided to come down during Fred. It will be slow going getting this off the fence without the tractor, sunk it already and don't want yuck up the rest of the fire line or spend the rest of the day chaining out equipment. Just have to get creative with this one.

Or cut it up in fire wood size chunks to move by hand.I got on old dead big white oak and some smaller snag trees I plan to fall this winter this storm got one down but fell off in the pasture at the center woods. So it's not pressing.I just hung bushel gourds on it for blue birds like 2 months ago. Now I here crushed under it. All that ladder skill acrobatics for nothing...lol

Hot is an understatement around here, I am taking breaks between battery charges. I have one more cut and it will be off the fence. My pear tree to a beating as well, broken branches with fruit on them and fruit on the ground. I'll just break out the juicer and get that done later today. What few grapes I had are gone as well, the citrus did fairly well, no wind blown fruit on the ground.
Backhoe you can pull yourself through the mud with it if driving normal gets you stuck.Heck the 4 wheel drive skytrack forklift could push itself out of some mean spots .. drop/stab the forks in the ground and extend the boom. , Out you go...
Cleaning out toolboxes between calls... I inherited all my father's tools now that my folks are moved into the assisted living place.
