Quote from: avator on August 03, 2021, 07:04:33 AMTrust me, it hurts much worse the day after.Hope you're ok.I would say I have about a 15-20% increase from my normal pain level today. My right hand and wrist are where the most difference is. I am not sure how the stumble/fall started but it was at the top of 5 steps. I think my feet did touch at least 3 of the steps as I sort of dove to the ground because they could not catch up. I didn't let go of my Woods Walker and it hit pretty flat as I caught myself on the pavers with it gripped in my right hand. I have quick release rings on it and after removing the scope and reattaching it. It seems like it may be OK now, but my initial test of 5 pellets at 20 yards I had one that was just outside my normal less than 1/2" groups. I'll do more testing later on, the new tin of pellets may not be as good either. My first test my group was shifted right about 3" before I R&R the scope. I don't see how that could make a difference but looks like it did.

How are you feeling today Dan? Have you recovered completely from your fall?
Absolutely, you could have broken the scope and bent the barrel
Quote from: Lt. Dan on August 04, 2021, 07:32:47 PMHow are you feeling today Dan? Have you recovered completely from your fall? Thanks for asking. I have a very sore thigh muscles, I guess from trying to catch up with my upper body? My right wrist and right thumb are painful. My right shoulder and shoulder blade area are kinked a bit. And I have a burning pain adjacent to my spine in my low back. I am still getting around fine and I think I'll get over it with a little time. All in all it could have been A LOT worse.
Put a downpayment on a 2014 Ford F150 SXT 6.2 L 4WD Super Cab with full trailer tow package running boards and most importantly A/C and Sirius Radio. The truck is very clean and only 59,000 miles.
