Good morning GTA! Up at 0415 CDST. I hope everyone had a good weekend. I’ve got a 3 day work week with near record low temperatures Tuesday & Wednesday. I’m just going to make the most of it today since it’s actually going to be in the upper 60*s and I’ll be working outside on a HVAC PM. After today, who knows? The low temperature from Tuesday night going into Wednesday morning is supposed to be 26*. I hope I won’t be dragging out water hoses then. Crazy spring weather this year.

Went to friends this weekend with the camper, had a great time, will camp again tonight in the mid 20's. Kinda cool for mid April....

Good morning GTA! Up at 0545 CDST. I had a busy weekend. The yard I cut for a lady has been so boggy I've been waiting for it to dry. With all our rain it didn't dry instead it got worse so Saturday I cut what I could with my Zero turn mower and string trimmed the rest. Best I can figure, I string trimmed about 5,000 sq. ft. of her 40,000 sq. ft. yard. I definitely earned my $50. My shoulder was really hurting Saturday night. That's okay though shes a friend and besides that she gave us a real nice breakfast table and a table cloth, napkins, and table runner for our dinning room table. She and my wife are besties and worked in the same office. Today is kinda up in the air.

Good morning GTA! Up at 0515 CDST. I pulled a muscle Saturday and yesterday if I moved or raised my right arm a certain way it would take my breath so I pretty much stayed in my recliner. It seems to be much better today.

It's 54° and cloudy but will warm up to 78° under sunny skies later this afternoon. I plan to shoot my HW50 and R9 today, if those bother my shoulder I'll drop down to my R7.

My wife is going to the fabric store and then to the hairdresser to get her hair cut. After lunch she and two of her bestfriends are going to visit a friend who has been diagnosed with dementia. So I'm going to shooting while she's gone.

Good morning GTA! Up at 0430 CDST. I got home from work early yesterday, even got to shoot my Parrus .22 some. Just today & tomorrow’s work for the week & I’m done. Of course, the weather and the tasks at hand couldn’t be crazier. Today it’s 43* and that’s about as good as it’ll get, temps are supposed to drop, maybe a little rain and snow even. Today I’m doing a PM on a Kmart. The store is closed, I thought it closed in 2016. 8 units on the roof, 3 of them are pretty big, probably 50 ton units. I’m not entirely sure what I’m getting into, I hope it’s not a big deal. Probably a bunch of paperwork.

I sure hope your shoulder is feeling better, Brother Dan. That’s a whole lot of weed-whacking!

Thanks John, it's still sorry. I was washing the breakfast dishes and I stretched and felt that muscle spasm.

My yard requires about an hour of trimming around the shrubs, trees, drive and street. My mower gets really close but it still takes an hour but a lot of that time is walking over the 6 acres not actually trimming.

Saturday I was not only trimming the shrubs, trees, drive and street but approximately 5,000 sq.ft of soggy lawn. I have a commercial trimmer and it is heavier than your normal consumer model. I was trying to get finished as fast as I could only stopping to put .090 line on or gas up so that probably was the cause of my strained muscle.

Morning y'all.
Dogs got me up at 4:00 am. I put coffee on and watched the weather man until it was ready. Grabbed a cup and headed for the shop and my Rancher project. I had to make the 40 mile round trip to Lowes after work yesterday for some stuff I needed so I just closed up shop yesterday without getting anything done on it.
I was able to locate and drill the 2 1/2 holes in the fender plastics for the snorkels to pass through this morning and did some more mocking up of the plumbing. The 2" lift kit is scheduled to arrive today just in time. I want to get that installed before I glue in the snorkels. That will make for easier to install the lift kit.
I'm also putting in 2 rubber couples so I can take the snorkel plumbing apart if need be in the future.
I picked up some 1/4" barbed tees for the vent lines and some drab green rattle can paint for the white plastic plumbing.
Still to arrive are the green LED strips for inside the radiator shroud and the 12" LED light bar.
Soon it will be time to "Release the Kracken" !!

Good morning GTA! Up at 0400 CDST. Yesterday was interesting to say the least. It snowed pretty good from just after noon until almost 1700. Still got 12 hours for the day. Not long after the snow stopped it was melted and gone. Today it’s going to start out cold, 26* right now. But it’s supposed to get to the mid 50*s. I’ve got my meeting at 0600 and then go back and finish that Kmart. Hopefully that’s all I’ll have to do today, then I’ll have my 4 day weekend. In my planning I figured I was going to cut grass Thursday or Friday, but with this cold snap I think I’ll leave it for next week.

4am, I just wake up, every day the same.

Last week of work from home. Mixed emotions. Great to spend all day with my critters, but no separation of home and work is getting to me.

The latest recorded snowfall in Middle Tennessee is April 25th. I think that record is safe this year. But there was snow in the Nashville area during the night. It is going to be a cold couple of days. By next week, it will be back in the 80s.

Still snowing but the snow in the above pics, which in spots was 3-4 inches, is now cleared off at least. Rest seems to be melting as it hits so maybe I can finally put the shovels away...lol.

Up at 0445 CDST. It's chilly and VERY windy. Too windy to shoot. Target stands blowing over, wind blowing metal shillottes over. I gave up before I got started. But sounds like I'm not the only one with less than perfect shooting weather.
