5:45 here. Been up since 4 getting my coffee and smoke content recharged.
The plan is to head down to the shop and get started on the rancher upgrades.
Still waiting for a couple things to arrive but I can get a large part of it done.
I can move the radiator, seal up the air box, run the plumbing for the snorkels and run the vent lines.
I can also waterproof all the electrics.
I can't finish off the snorkels without the brackets because I need them to locate the holes in the plastics and the lift kit in still in transit.

Going camping tonight after work! First of the season, cant wait to leave work behind for a few hours.

Thanks, Jerry. Its 6x10 with a California king bed. Sink, microwave, fridge, Keurig, fresh and grey water tanks. 1500 pounds ready to roll. We love this tiny camper!

Most campgrounds will allow it in tent sites too.

Well, I got the airbox out and sealed up. It's dry and ready to go back in. And I got the radiator/fan moved and plumbed back in. Man, they sure make it look easier on the videos I watched than it really is. No wonder there are so many stops and starts on those videos..  I thought I would be slick and put some grease on the hose couplers to make them slide in easier... oh, did I say slick? Yeah, that sums it up... everything was so dam slick I couldn't even get a grip on it. I was glad when Betty Lou came down to the shop and said she would like to go to the store. I forgot to grab anti freeze anyhow.
Anyways, I buttoned up the shop and got cleaned up to go. Tomorrow is another day. I'l get the vent lines ran and start plumbing the snorkels in.
Then I'll need to get the mowing done here and at Killer's.
BTW... only busted 2 knuckles...

Drove from Georgia (Chickamauga) to Murfreesboro this morning.  My Judy and I spent a couple delightful days visiting with my middle sister and her family.

Hunted for days, saw lots of Turkeys, but none to shoot. Good times even without a shot fired.
Drove 9 hours today, glad to be home safe.

Cut grass, and than cut some more grass.

Musta got a second wind or something. I went out and fired up the zturn and ended up cutting our grass and thought I would have enough daylight to get a jump on Killer's 5 acres. Before I know it I had cut the whole thing. I even had enough daylight left to move both trailers into there parking spots, move the RV to it's spot, hook it up and put the slider out. Then I mowed where all 3 were sitting.
Came in, got a bite to eat and went for a nice hot shower. Feels good to have that stuff out of the way.
Think I'll take Betty Lou out to breakfast in the morning then back down to the shop to work on the Rancher project. Maybe even knock back a few mini Bud Lights.

I’ve got a John Deere Ztrac and a Gravely zero turn.  At work.  9 months out of the year I mow the whole park once a week.  It takes me one whole day to do it.  At home I have an 8 year old Husqvarna with a 52” deck.  It has less than fifty hours on it.  It hasn’t even had it’s first oil change.  In eight years.  My grass grows as high as an elephant’s eye and I don’t care.  Why do the cobbler’s children have no shoes?

O’kay, seriously now.  I thought I’d get a post in here before I go to bed.  Gonna get up early in the morning and try out my new turkey blind.  Since turkeys have been spotted in our pasture recently, and my neighbor has extended my hunting permission,  I spent the afternoon constructing a blind on the edge of my property.  I can now shoot across the pasture and I have a safe backstop on the far side.  I have the land owner’s permission to shoot varmints, rabbits, and turkey on his property.  I don’t really expect to get a turkey but I’ve seen plenty of coyote, armadillo, rabbits and quail!

Good morning GTA! Up at 0500 CDST. Cool and damp outside again. Having coffee and I have to take the girls to Ch**ch by myself this morning. My wife is supplying all the “goodies” & treats for a baby shower at about lunchtime. She’ll get to watch online while she gets her stuff together and go to small group with me later. She’s trying to get a side business off the ground and this her first big deal. It’s going to be fancy with a big treat cart as a center piece in the foreground. It’s supposed to get to 60* today and I intend to shoot the Parrus and AMO3, even if just a little bit, before small group. I’m hoping next weekend, which is a 4-day for me, I’ll get to shoot all my rifles without messing too much with any of them.

The rain spoiled my turkey hunting plans so I’m concentrating on bicycle repair today.  If the rain lets up I may go and sit in my “fortress of solitude” (turkey blind).

One of the best days of my life, and to top it of they would not take a dime from me. Then we went out for wings and beer and they would not let me pay anything for that either. My eyes are still weeping.
