Got up, coffee, dropped a son off at work, came home, coffee, dropped weed-n-feed on the lawn (1.5 acres), burnt some weeds encroaching on the gravel areas, blew concrete areas off with blower, coffee, surfing (currently), going back out to pick up small debris from a gravel area and give it a good hard rake to freshen it up. I may wash more gutters and fascia on one side of the house. I don’t really want to for some reason. I’m wanting to start prepping the shutters/window boxes for fresh paint..... 🤔🤔🤔

Good morning GTA! Up at 0430 CDST. Happy Easter! Plans for today is Ch**ch, lunch, nap and maybe shoot the DPMS Panther A4 .177. My wife said she couldn’t find a ham on Thursday when she went into town. So, we may settle for ham steaks if she can find a couple after Ch**ch. I didn’t get the line trimming done yesterday, I’ll try to get that done Monday or Tuesday after work. We may get some rain on Wednesday. The glass guy came yesterday and took out the broken window sash and is going to replace the glass at his shop. Of course I had him take a few shots with the Walther Parrus .22.

Good morning GTA! Up at 0530 CDST. Happy Resurrection Day, HE's ALIVE! It is 43° now and will warm up to 72° under beautiful sunny skies. Plans for today is virtual Ch**ch, then I'll be preparing lunch, hopefully a nap later and maybe a board game with my youngest daughter, her two tween girls and my wife. If they leave early I might get to shoot.

I'm preparing a simple southern lunch today. Fried chicken, baked beans, potato salad and coleslaw. Pam is baking an apple pie for dessert. We will be eating on the patio.

Apple Pie is my favorite desert of all time, Brother Dan... in fact, I believe Apple Pie could be a fine and healthy everyday breakfast. I could be wrong, but I would be willing to be a test subject.

My Judy and I saw one last night in the neighbor's yard across the street when we returned from Sam's Club. There has been one hanging around my yard for the past year. It sleeps under the Rosemary bush in a little hollowed out spot. I even put a little straw to make it more comfortable.

I agree, the smell of hot apple pie is permeating throughout the house. We haven't cut it yet, we all ate too much at lunch.

I spent some time with my son today after the Easter meal. we took our bicycles out for a ride around the local area. I cheat a little, my bike has an electric motor built into the rear hub so it looks like I'm a real champ on the hills

Good morning GTA! Up at 0430 CDST. Hope everyone had a great weekend. The weather sure is coming around, it’s been really nice here. I’ve got a Starbucks PM today, AC & coolers & ice machine. HVAC units share a roof with a Mexican restaurant & their kitchen exhaust. Everything will be black with grease. Coil cleaning is more extensive than usual, but thankfully, I only have to run 1- 100’ hose and the water pressure is good. And it’s 55* right now, supposed to get to 75* under partly cloudy skies. Should be a good day.

Good morning GTA! Up at 0530 CDST. We had a great weekend. The weather has really nice this weekend and it’s 46* right now, supposed to get to 78* sunny skies. Should be a good day to shoot with only a mild SSE wind.

I had cleared the back yard of all target stands and spinners the week before Easter to make it more pleasing to the eye. I had pulled my 5x10 trailer around loading them on there it will be easy to reestablish my range. I spray painted on the grass their location so I won't need to measure the distances.

I would like to replace the bent safety spring on my D460 today also.

Came back out of the woods yesterday at around noon. Had a great time. man, was it muddy but, that's what we went for.
It wasn't without incident but I'll begin a new thread on that topic.
A neighbor and coworker said she broke the belt on her mower and asked if I would cut her grass so I got started on that 8 acres. I got about 5 acres of it done. Some is just too wet to get into.
I'm back to work today and Betty Lou plans to finish unpacking the RV and get that laundry started. Some of that stuff needs thee mud hosed out before it goes into the washing machine.

Last day of my extended weekend is today. Michele and I are going out all day together. We need some time to just hang together instead of run run run. No real plan other than to just be together with no where to go and nothing to do and away from the house and all that entails. Coffee and quiet is first on the agenda. Enjoy the day!

We are still out and having a great day. There are some things we just can't escape from completely so Michele is making her contacts for the day right now as we bask in the sun on a park bench and I'm texting a high school buddy and surfing the forum. In about 5 we will resume our time or and away. 👊🏼👍🏻🎯
