One thing I can say about ole Rambo, he is consistent with his routine. Woke me up at 3am to go out and walk the perimeter. I made coffee while he did his recon. Then typically, he came back in and went to spoon with Betty Lou.
Yesterday we got done what we set out to do... the truck is at the mechanic's, the RV shower has a new floor and the green pine pollen has been washed from the exterior. We also got the shopping done and all the bills are paid.
Last night Betty Lou suggested we get up this morning, load up the RV and ATVs and head to the RV/ATV park for the weekend so that's the plan.

Good morning GTA.  Woke up just before 0500 CST. It's 50° out this morning it's going to warm up to 67° with mostly sunny skies this afternoon but it will be windy with north winds in the teens.

I think I've shot upward of 400 pellets down the R9 barrel. It's still not not giving me super tight groups like the R7 or HW50 do of but of course they both came into my posession already broken in.

I have all the tax stuff gathered to take to the accountant but I'll do that Monday. Plans are open today but I would like to shoot some more.

Up at 5, coffee, fill the wood boiler, off to work. I plan on casting more .25 pellets, they are coming out at 24g and looks like my cull rate has dropped some so I will try for a 1000 round batch tonight before SWMBO gets home after work.

Good Morning GTA! Slept in until 0500 CST. No real plans for the next 9 days. Just take it easy before our busy season starts. Oh I’ll get some shooting in and do some work around the house, just no schedule of events exactly. The weather looks good for the first half, then 50% rain for the second half. So I guess 50/50 outside/inside for my time off. Today is my wife’s birthday, but she doesn’t like to make a big deal of it. I’ll do what I can to let her know it’s a big deal to me & the girls.

She sounds a lot like Pam.  Pam tells me I treat her like every day is her birthday. But of course she treats me the same. I guess that's why we've been married for 47 years.

Boy am I late!
 Woke up at 4:30 in "Work Mode", then I realized it was Saturday.. LONNNNG exhale.. and rolled back to sleep spooning with the dog.
Then 6:00 I was up for good.

Then the sun came up.
It is a GLORIOUS morning here..was 13 at 6:00 but already up to 25. Opened the garage door and warm sun shining in.
 I grabbed the Daisy R.R. and squeezed off some shots in the garage just for gits and shiggles.

Plans are to putt around the shop, straighten up in the family room and garage... and today is my eldest Grandson's Birthday so we are going to his party at noon.

GOD how I LOVE Saturdays!!!

Woke up a little after 5?  Tried to stay in bed as long as I could.  Ended up rising at 6:45ish, put coffee on, grabbed a cup and headed to the shop to pack a rifle for transport, I hope.  I need box dimensions and weight for shipping estimate so I needed to get that done sooner rather than later. 

While out building the box and packing things up Mrs. P came out to tell me what her shuttle schedule was for the kids which was her way of having me volunteer to be the driver.  She would have done it all but she has more on the days schedule anyway so it was my duty.

I left the house @ 0930 and returned home @ 1230.  Three hours of running kids here and there and everywhere!

When I returned home I mixed some fuel/oil and ran the blower under the carport, the drive and the gravel parking area.   Went online and figured shipping rates for USPS, UPS and FEDEX.  Ate 3 mini egg rolls and rolled out of the house to head into work for my last 8 hour shift of the week.

Here at work and now I can take a break.  WHEW!

HA HA!  How many people get to take a break AT WORK. 

So far today I’ve spent nearly 4 hours driving....  only 40 more minutes to add to that tonight at 11 pm when I get off and commute home.

I totally forgot this but I did take about ten minutes to throw some H&N 14.6 gr pellets at cans, steel eggs, plastic golf balls and foam cones with the HW30S!  I don’t discriminate against target materials.  Did that right before I ate the egg rolls.

Good Morning GTA! Up at 0500 CST. Yesterday was a good day, beautiful weather & today is supposed to be about the same, but a bit windy. I wanted to shoot so bad yesterday, but it was my wife’s birthday. I did shoot a little, but didn’t want to take from her day. She went into town twice, the first time I took the wheels off my target boxes and reset them, 35-55 meters. The second time, Ayrabella & I shot a little bit & then it was dinner time.

This evening is our youngest grandson’s birthday, the kids are knuckleheads, so his party is at 1800-2000 hrs at a trampoline park, on a Sunday night. The good I see from it is, besides Ch*ch, that’s all that’s planned for today. I intend to shoot plenty, starting with the open-sighted Parrus .22- 20 to 55 meters.

Good Morning GTA!  I woke up at 0500 CST. Yesterday was indeed a good day, beautiful weather but very windy. While I was shooting both windchimes in the Bradford pear tree were constantly ringing and it blew hard at times. Looks like today is supposed to be about the same, it's 38° now with a high of 65° expected with NNE winds at 7 mph.

Went down for sleep around 2am.  Heard a trap in the air space above the bedroom go SNAP sometime after that.  Relief ☺️  Fell back asleep.

Been laying in bed so I finally got up.  Checked email, surfing now.  Cinnamon rolls and coffee planned.  Stream church later.  Hope to shoot.  Waiting for a reply on selling an air rifle.  Need to straighten the shop.  It’s a little messy again.
