Thanks for your concern & input, fellas. I have thought about getting a decent size roller, surely it should help. I also want an inversion table. Once I get a good size shed/shop here, I’m going to get a lot more stuff out of the garage and add the inversion to my gym in the garage. The gym I can’t access, yet again. The inversion table actually helps my hips & back a lot. Hanging and doing pull-ups on a pull-up bar (the one that’s shelved for now) helps my shoulders & neck a lot. My chiropractor is great, but perhaps it’s time to get my stuff together.

I definitely can relate to the neck and shoulder pain. Neck injury at work resulting in C5/C6 Fusion. I had an over-the-door traction device that pulled my head up to relief pain. Neck and shoulder pain is really uncomfortable I can't imagine that with hip pain. Praying for you brother.

Good morning to all and the GTA forum. Woke to rain falling on the roof at 5:30. Rolled over and now 6:00 .
  Got up dressed, cooked breakfast and made coffee.

 Still raining. Had plans  to practice some plinking with my  crosman backpacker, RWS Panther 34 and CZ455 Ultra Lux, should the rain stop. °¡°

I do not like the new little impact hammers they have now.

I do but I have to make sure my doc applies hard pressure because he's used to going soft from all his elderly patients. It absolutely works for me because I was so bent up I had to go every day for 2 weeks. Now just once a month is all I need.

I got a good giggle out of that post Avatar. I know my back would like that but my head would kill me.

Good Morning GTA! Up at 0430 CST. Made it to the chiropractor yesterday and worked 11 hours. I feel a lot better. It got sunny and warm yesterday, 58*. Today it may get to 68*. I have a meeting with the boss & another tech this morning at 0730. So I’ll wash my van on the way in, straighten it up a little when I get there. I have a filter change PM after that. Boy, if I get home at a decent time, I’d sure like to shoot some. But the weather outlook is looking better & better.

Good Morning GTA, I slept in this morning, didn't wake up till 0515 CST. It’s 30° this morning, supposed to get to about 72° and be sunny this afternoon with SSW winds at 3 mph. Perfect shooting weather at last.

The R9 that I ordered from FDAR was supposed to arrive yesterday. It didn't as expected, now tracking shows Wednesday as delivery date. I'm sure the snow delays and poor weather conditions on the highways were the reason.  I'm trying to be patient.

Good Morning GTA! Up at 0430 CST. It definitely looks like spring is just about here. Yesterday was an odd 73* and windy. It was wonderful, even got home to shoot some, despite the wind. The next 10 days look about right- 50s/30s to 60s/40s, some wind & some rain here & there. The snow is all gone, time to start cleaning up the outside, when I can. Pick up sticks & limbs, etc. Today I’ve got an air conditioning service call in Ft. Smith. Should be a good day.

Good morning all, up at 5, coffee, light load in the boiler as it will be very mild today, about freezing. A good day with my pops yesterday, I took him grocery shopping and then out for a late breakfast at a little locals only diner.

Off to work for a three day stretch then the weekend off so I can work on the bell game.

 Latest sleep in today, ever. Up at 7 and hit the soggy trail round 8, finishing 8.5 mile walk by 12.
 
 Beautiful spring day high 60's windy. Saw a ground hog and spring peeper were singing. The frogs remind me of the daze in the swamp, where a man is Man and not top o the food chain.

 The small things can absolutely ruin yo life and the big things can well eat you alive.   😶

Good Morning GTA! Up at 0312 CST. I’ve been getting into a pretty good groove at work this week, averaging about 10 hour days. Parts for 3 different jobs showed up on my porch yesterday afternoon. Before I go full steam in the spring, I decided to put in for a week’s vacation, the second week of March. My wife’s birthday is the 6th and on the 21st I’ll hit 10 years with the company. I’ll get 4 weeks vacation per year after that.
 
I’m so excited for Lt. Dan and his new MM tuned R9, I rethought my own wishlist... considering a lot of different things, I’ve settled on 4 more rifles and I’m done. I want to be proficient with what I have and improve the rifles I have. Probably grow my pellet supply/selections, etc... So, with the way work is going, and what time I have to do things- I plan to have an R9 .177 by my birthday, near the end of April. Hopefully, through FDAR, MM tuned, of course.

Good Morning GTA! Up at 0415 CST. I kept waking up throughout the night. I was have trouble sleeping because I get so excited. I get that way occasionally: like when we are about to go on vacation,  or Christmas morning, or when I'm going on a big hunting or fishing trip, or when I get a new rifle!!!! LoL

Thanks John, my MM tuned Beeman R9 (.177) did come yesterday and I can't stop thinking about it. This morning I plan to mount my scope. Then after the dew drys,  out to the patio to sight-in and have fun.

It's 58° now and will warm up to 76° under cloudy skies all day with only 2 or 3 mph SSE winds.

Good Morning GTA! Up at 0400 CST. It’s raining this morning, haven’t seen a whole lot of just plain rain for a bit. I don’t see anymore freezing temperatures in the forecast, so it’s good. Having coffee, the dogs went out and came back in already. They don’t hang out in the rain. Going to the chiropractor this morning and then to Stilwell to put in some heat parts I got. I already went over 40 hours yesterday and I’m on call this weekend.

Felt really tired last night and ended up in bed around 7:30. Got up at 3:00 this morning. Rambo got up at 3:30 and went out for 30 minutes. Then he went back to bed.
