Not trying to be a PITA... butt, I think once the "LIKE Button" was put in-place it will be accepted, it works so much easier. It is quicker, no extra words are needed, push and you are done.I read three posting this AM where the "LIKE Button" would have worked perfectly, I didn't know much about the overall posting but the idea of the posting was good and a quick LIKE would have worked perfectly but atlast there was no button ! LoL !I'm just making suggestions as I see it, not trying to stir the pot too much !Thanks all for reading and posting !
For me, I would just have to say that the concept makes some sense; but the execution would be problematic... I do not use Flakebook (sorry, couldn't help myself-sincerest apologies to all who use it to keep in touch with friends and family or just enjoy the platform), so "Liking" posts is a phenomena that confuses me... That is, I don't really know how to use it? I have joined one other forum, which has a like button, and can say that it is driving me nuts.... If I'm reading a 40+ post long thread and "like" all the comments, I now feel obligated to hit 40+ little like buttons ... And if I miss someone's post, they will think that I singled them out for some reason; creating ill will through my inability to spend ages trying to "like" every single post that I find useful/helpful/whatever... I just mean to say that for some folks, a "like" button, like, kinda like drives us like, nutsssssss.... Jesse
Either way.... it's highly unlikely we'll be getting a like button. Like it or not....

There is also, albeit more general, this option.....In the screenshot below, circled in red, is a thread rating feature. With this, members have the option to "rate" the contents/topics/discussions of the thread.
