Offered up on Ebay...I think it is a bargain to say the least!
I love my Mendoza RM 600.... but don't need anaother
Beautiful wood, the double trigger is very nice.... mine is dead nuts accurate with the H&N Baracuda FT in 4.51 head size.
The wood they used has amazing detail and the cheek rise is perfect for me.

Save me from myself... At $120 I think it is a steal!

Well I "tried" to purchase this to help you out but Ebay thinks airgun purchases aren't allowed for my state (they have no clue about Virginia law)!

Rocker1 has a Crosman/Mendoza Rm 557 on the GTA classified for $125. Same gun as on ebay except it has sights. The front sight on the Crosman 557's is different and no muzzle break. And it has the Mendoza peep sight. Kinda' like a Williams but bigger. It has a single blade trigger instead of the Mendoza dual trigger. I have a 600 and a 577 as well as a bunch of other Mendozas and their Crosman and Tech Force clones. They both look like nice guns. But Mendozas are an acquired taste.

One of you guys get'em or I will be tempted to buy both.

What's so great about it? Double trigger? How hard is it to find sights for it?

I'm not really in the market for another magnum as that's not really my style, but if the Mendoza is an especially nice shooter in that realm, I would consider it. Especially at that price.

Is it true that it's basically the same as a Gamo?

And again, what is with the double trigger?

I did do a run of Google searches, but in my limited time today couldn't come up with much.

Yep, in the 80's Mendoza even made guns for Crosman. I have a matching pair of Made for Crosman by Mendoza RM377s. I think their affair only lasted a couple years. Mendoza is a Mexican company.

Well, I made an offer and got a response with a counter offer. Not disclosing details, but it was not that much of a reduction.

Gotta be careful here as to not manipulate the sale or violate any rules.

I wish this were some rare Russian rifle!

I just bought an IZH MP513 last month, so why do I need this Mendoza?
