Why do I have to log in to see some photos but not others?

Why do I have to log in to see photo attachments in some posts (including my own) but other photo attachments pop right up in posts without me being logged in?  I am wondering how many other people browse without logging in and miss my photo attachments.  I use Attachments and Other Options in the bottom left to attach photos saved on my computer after entering text.

It might not be the login.. might just be your slow? Internet. I open posts and sometimes read through posts before pictures show up.

First off, there are different ways to add photos to a post. You can use the "Insert Image" tab in the toolbar if the photos are hosted online. If the photos reside on your local computer/phone, you use the options below the message box to add attachments. Now, to see all attached photos, you have to be a member (not a guest) and logged in. If the photos are inserted by using the "Insert Image" tab, then they are visible by anyone viewing the posts. The intent was to get more folks to actually join the forum if they were interested enough to want to view all of our content.
I hope this explains why some photos are visible and some are not unless you are logged on.
