I know its from a short distance, indoors in my basement, but it's great having a place to shoot whenever I want and also when the weather not worthy.
The two most left targets...shot at 28 feet with my trusty old Crosman 761XL, with a el cheapo $7 Crosman scope from Walmart. Used Beeman Hollowpoint pellets, which that gun loves...5 shots in each...not bad for a geezer who hasn't shot for decades until only recently. The top row 2nd target from the left was with Crosman Destroyer pellets which the gun doesn't like as much. The wilder targets (shot-wise) in the 3rd and 4th column from the left, are with my Beeman P17 pistol (from 16 feet) that I just bought a few weeks ago. I have no experience shooting a pistol but it is a heck of a lot of fun. The trigger is as awesome as advertised. The 2nd row target, 3rd from the left was using Crosman hunting pellets...pointed...look like bullets...the P17 seemed to like them better than the Beemans or the Destroyers...the grouping is much better.
These shots are from my new Crosman Phantom 1000...using the Crosman Destroyer pellet, by far the most accurate pellet I've tried so far....though I haven't tried many yet. The gun doesn't like the Beeman hollowpoints or the Crosman hunting pellets..Notice how crisp the holes are through the paper with the Destoyers....5 shots in each target....again...I know.....only 28 feet, but this is my first experience using a springer (has the same cheap Crosman scope..which I know it will eventually wreck) but I'm getting used to the gun....it's a blast to shoot. (the bottom left target was with the 761XL with Destroyers...didn't like 'em as much as the Beeman hollowpoints.
Just thought I'd humor all you pro shooters who do better groups than these at way longer distances...but either way....it's great having a place to shoot, whenever I want.

There are some nice groups in there.
Never put pistol groups on the same page as rifle groups though. Even a respectable pistol group usually looks bad in comparison, if the range is similar.
I'm curious how your Daisy 880 compares to the Crosman 761xl or Phantom 1000.

Not to worry about your group sizes, BTW, those aren't terrible at all, if you're having a blast, the rest is just icing on the cake!

Shooting is shooting! Great to get trigger time anytime. I have an indoor "range" as well. When the range distance is short just shoot at smaller targets. It has given me hours of relaxation when the heat has been in the triple digits. Great shooting, keep it up.

Nothing better then having fun with low cost guns an pellets. P-17 is a great shooter an love shooting my refub 760 with bb,s at empty shootgun shells at 20 yd,s an p-17. Check the cheap bemans pellets h-p wadcuuter an even the pointed shoot well in some of my guns also like the tech force domes wadcutter an h-p. picked a used dasiy 499 bb-gun for winter indoor shooting very accurate at close range very good at 10 meter an decent out to 15 yd,s. Love the price of bb,s.

Truthfully, I haven't shot the gun much. I bought it in August for my son's 13th birthday and he pretty much is the only shooter. Though I did shoot it some to zero in the scope.
It's very light and it pumps easily (easier than the 760, which is why I went for the Daisy). It's very plastic and does have a cheap feel, but that being said, it puts out good power (more than the 761) and it seems quite accurate to me from my limited experience. My son puts together decent groups when he really concentrates, he loves the gun. You can't beat the price either.
