Mine seems long, probably contributing to dwell.
If i make part #66 thicker I can put a gauge there and increase plenum size!

so I got this my #1 prototype for plenum block
I am a mechanical designer only, I have also outsourced.I just revers engineered and extended the existing plenum hole (ID 10mm) from stock 15 mm to 35 mm length (same ID), resulting a proportionally bigger/longer block, but needed some extra material on some of the sidewalls...I wanted to see my reg pressure and not to calculate backwards.Also I am planning to add/incorporate a tripod mount below the air tank, that one idea is still in progress, cannot decide to drill/tap for picatinny or arca-swiss. I have no machines (actually I have a nice micro mill setup only in my garage for my ideas at midnight but no lathe ) but I know these guys machine shop owners for over two decades, somewhere back in time we worked in a same office, and whenever I need my "toys" they managed.I made two designs, one for CNC mill and one for the lathe + mill (this current piece), the challenge is the M16x1 to cut. And I still had some elbow greasing on micro mill to shave of the extra weight.So I cannot take any work, but my drw's are here or you contact the guy for $
How many CC's is the factory plenum and how many more CC's does the plenum you made add? I agree with Travis about needing to make a 100 and sell them lol.
